Very good service but the couch did not come up very clean. We used another company a few years ago and I'll definetly put in the effort to find them again, to use for the next clean.

HALF A JOB, CARPET ONLY HALF CLEAN
MARKS RETURNED ON CARPET SHORTLY AFTER THE CLEANING

First we got carpets cleaned, initially good however all the marks and stains returned within weeks, if not days.

Received a quote to get tiles done, when the tile cleaner arrived the cost was close to double what we were quoted. Although the job was good in parts, the surface was not sealed and the corners were not properly cleaned.

I will not use this service again.

By far the WORST carpet cleaning Company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Lodged a claim with Fair trading

Horrible service. Cancelled on several times. When the technician finally came, he charged double what was quoted.

This was the worst and most expensive carpet cleaning job I have ever had done. I rang to complain, the manager was not available. I asked for the manager to call me back and am still waiting.

The service was totally unacceptable and I will never use them again. There are many far better carpet cleaning companies out there!

Absolutely shocking service. I've been trying to get my rug and couches cleaned for three weeks and this company has cancelled on the three times! That's three days off work I have taken for absolutely nothing in return.

They rang to confirm they were on their way and would be half an hour. An hour later they reversed into my driveway and sat there for two minutes, I walked out to the front yard to greet them and they drove away. A minute later I got a call from the office asking if I'd like to reschedule. I was confused ans said no I'm ready now, to which they replied that the technician had phoned them and said I turned him away and told him to come back in an hour. HE NEVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, WE NEVER SPOKE! The office called him back to see what had happened and get him to turn around and come back. They then called back to say he was very busy and I shouldn't have turned him away!
Extremely unprofessional company, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

My appointment was booked almost 3 weeks out and I received a call in the morning to tell me they would be late
I started calling around 2pm for no reply at all
I messaged a mobile number at 340pm where I was told I could have my appointment at 10am tomorrow
Thank you very much for waisting my day off work and having the hide to just think you can show up the next day

Never use these people for the cleaning and whitening of tiles. I have photos for anyone who might like to see. The man who came to do my job (white grout for white tiles) talked constantly telling me all of his personal woes. Then after 6 hours he couldn't get the grout to work but promised he would come back. He requested payment because of his boss etc, etc. Stupid me paid him the whole amount because by now I felt very sorry for him. I was sooo played. He did come back one more time (my husband phoned relentlessly) and this was dreadful as well. We have phoned and left messages but have never heard from them again.

Tecnician turned up an hour and a half late, carpet steam cleaned not dry cleaned as advertised.was expecting a vacuum first as this is what every other carpet cleaning company offers, this was not done. Paid extra for a stain to be removed but wasnt treated any different to the rest of the carpet.whatever it was sprayed with, upon drying now smells like vomit. Thanks electro NOT dry

They book you in and don't turn up. Then when you call they tell you their "technician" isn't answering the phone. Don't waste your time with these idiots.

What a great service, very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to other people. James and Jason were very courteous and did a great job.
