The technician / operator was good. Did what he could. I am satisfied by his job. Good price as quoted. But I was misled by name ‘Electrodry’ and by conversation at the booking point. This is not “dry”. Normal water machine was used. Some stains remained, takes time to dry….
We were told by a friend who had an excellent result - we agree our chairs look like new - friendly and efficient service - would recommend this Company

Recently I engaged Electrodry (via the Wollongong Branch) to dry clean the carpets in four rooms of my home. I had used their services a few years ago - and was happy to do so again. And happily this time around it was exactly the same. The job was conducted on time and discharged perfectly. I recommend this organisation for the service they provide.
On two occasions in 3 days Electrodry cancelled the appointment and requested to reschedule at short notice, which was not only inconvenient but problematic in co-ordinating tentants. Poor customer service, I cancelled the service and went with a more reliable organisation.
Air Conditioner Cleaning - Do not use this company! Extremely over priced & a VERY poor job. I had to have the job done again immediately by others.
NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. I had my carpets cleaned 2 weeks ago quoted twice the price advertised I asked any specials for seniors we ammed and ared and the price was reduced by $100 dollars. Total price to clean carpets $700 dollars. 4 bedroom house lounge and dinning some stairs and another small office area. When the job was done I could not inspect it as I was incapacitated and could not walk around to inspect the job. The next day I inspected the entire house and was NOT happy with the result. Phoned the office the technician came back the next day I asked for the job to be done again OR a 50% REFUND BE GIVEN. Neither were accepted, feeling frustrated I showed the technician spots which needed attention, I did use a not so nice word for a lady due to my pain and frustration, HE he technician said I am now abusing him and walked out of my home. (The precious little thing, cannot take criticism) My daughter was generous to organise this carpet cleaning for my home and NOW she is out of pocket and my carpets still need cleaning. A MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM EVER.
Do not use Electrodry Sydney. We had our carpets 'wet' cleaned last week. After 36hrs the carpets were still wet. I have made numerous calls to speak to Jane but with no satisfaction. The technician returned to 'fix' the bad job. He re-cleaned the hallway and STILL the carpet was wet for12-14 hours. They are very unprofessional. You will not have a good experience with this company in any way!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. A ONE STAR RATING IS TOO MUCH. I engaged this business to clean and restore a timber floor at a cost of over $900.00 and was less than happy with the quality of the work and service. The woman in their office when contacted was difficult to deal with and was I challenged this mob and finally contacted my bank and had the payment reversed. It was a bit of a process but it was worth it. I won the dispute and funds were returned and the Wallera admitting liability. Take plenty of photos, take them on and your get your money back.
Engaged to remove mould from bathroom. Charged me additional costs to do the Anti-Microbial to stop the mould coming back when the website says it is part of the mould removal process and included in the main costs of mould removal. On top of this he didn't use the silver mister as shown on the website but just sprayed the roof with a normal pump bottle and missed a lot of spots and then charged me additional.
I have also called and asked for my receipt which they refuse to do.
They turned up at the house with no professional car and no equipment was all done by hand? Worst service I have ever received.
Absolutely disgusted in the worst service I have ever experienced! The so called ‘management’ are blatant liars beyond rude and display nothing more than revolting customer service! Will need to get the entire job redone. To say they are dodgy would be an understatement. DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
SUPER expensive. We used them for an urgent Sydney job at an office building after some rain wet the carpet. They initially quoted $4,000 for 5 hours work to do the first part of the job but dropped to $2,800. Their quote for $2,000-$3,800 for the rest of the job was done by one of their direct competitors for less than $200. Definitely shop around!
My mum used this company in Bathurst. $300 for 25 mins cleaning. Guy turned up with a filthy machine and carpet has not been cleaned properly.
WORST COMPANY IN SYDNEY! THEY RUINED MY CARPETS EVEN MORE THAN WHAT THEY WERE.

This place is an absolutely joke. I wish i had seen the previous reviews before I made a reservation. Like some of the other reviews, the cleaner didn't show up at all and I was forced to reschedule. Completely defeats the purpose of having a booking system. Also I tried the talk with their manager, but the call girl won't transfer me. Not only is their customer service a complete fail, but it seems like the quality of work is terrible. I'll just take the other reviewers advice and not waste anymore time with them.
Will. Not. Stop. Spamming my mobile number. I've asked them several times to delete my details and they won't, they don't action opt-out requests. Never again.
Absolute waste of time, booked a 9 am appointment with Steve to get a quote on the service.called Customer Service twice up to 9.25 am.they tried calling Steve, however, he didn't answer his phone. Cancelled quote appointment at 9.25 am, left to get to work.get a call from Steve at 9.30 am saying he was out the front.told him not to worry about it, he went on how they double book him all the time and it's not his fault. You don't get the job. Now you have more time.
