Happy National Property Manager Day! I just want to give a shout out to Michelle Bechara who is the PM of the unit apartment I'm living in Moorebank. She has helped me a lot when it comes to problems arising from day-in-day-out maintenance issue with the apartment. Especially I remembered an urgent request when my unit's hot water system completely and suddenly shut down in the middle of winter, she took the issue in its urgency and arranged the logistics to the best of her ability to help get it fixed ASAP.

As Second time Renters through Elders Bankstown, we have had a privilege to deal with the same Property Manager, “ Michelle Bechara”. She has an eye for this business. They say “Something well begun is half done”. She just took over this property we were renting through another agent about a month ago & we already feel the difference. There was ongoing issue for over two months where the previous real estate failed to communicate and act. We remember exactly what Michelle advised over the first phone call, “ Please stop worrying, I am in charge now and this means it will be sorted”.

Within 24hrs, we had someone attend to our place, another 24hrs the matter was reported to the landlord and work order approved. She got it all settled within 4 working days.
