27I can not speak more Highly of this Realestate. I Have rented all my adult life, and being at a very vunerable time in my life, having some disability right now. All their staff are so kind and Friendly, down to the trades they employ even. Above all though, Rufina would have to be one of the best property managers, I have ever met, She really cares, your not just a number to her she goes above and beyond, and very professional, I feel extremely looked after in regards to my Rental property.
Rufina Djo is the worst property agent one could ever have. She is very inconsiderate, speaks ill of people and she should not even be in this industry. Her licence should be revoked!
Worst person ever to deal with.

Rufina was recommended by a friend. After a no of calls, she finally viewed our property for rent. Did not leave a calling card nor got back to me on anything so far - after an entire week & a day! Just empty promises! Disappointing how almost all real estate agencies are so unreliable!
Rufina, Camen and Sharna are always helpful, approachable and very nice. Have had absolutely no problems with Elders Real Estate at Prospect. Can be a little slow with a few repair/work jobs required but to be fair it was obvious on both occasions that the third party, (tradies), weren't communicating properly which slowed things up. One urgent job re smoke detector, an electrician attended and fixed the problem within 3 hours of me reporting the problem to Elders.
Technically zero stars. Disgusting ‘real estate’. Tenants begging for you to fix their electricity since Sep 18 but more than happy to knock on their door to collect cash.
Fair Trading, ATO, and Today Tonight need to know about this money laundering scam - it cannot be legal to knock on someone’s door to collect cash but refuse to repair anything in a young families home.
Lying when your questioned then calling the tenant to abuse her for talking about your ‘cash job’. Shame that she was in my family home when you made that call. So dodgy! Shocked you’re an operating business and what you’re doing to your tenants is completely illegal.
The head office of your franchise is going to be very interested to hear about this & we can’t wait to take this further.
