I would give Rufina 10 stars if I could!

Rufina and her team have been nothing but supportive. She is fair and experienced. Out of the 20+ years dealing with many other Real Estate Agencies, my husband, my children and I agree hands down the best Real Estate Agency we have dealt with.

Majority of the 5 stars speak for themselves. If they were not good people, they would not be thriving.

"Communication is key" I never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Runfina and Anthony have been amazing to deal with. Everything that needed to be done was done as soon as practicable. They have great service and aren't out to get everything out of you as you are just a tenant. They look after renters just as much as they look after landlords. It was a pleasure having inspections with Rufina as she was so delightful to deal with.

Watch out people they are scamming all your bond, they can pick a small issue so they can deducted your bond. They ate all ours 4wks bond, after a big big job we have done? Be aware of them is no lie is all the truth. Good luck people avoid avoid them

Rufina and her team have managed several of our investments for over 10 years. They have always taken great care in finding the most suitable tenants for the property. In our experience they treat the tenants fairly and ensure the landlords are also fair, compliant and follow the latest NSW tenancy laws. The attention to detail in communicating repair and maintenance requirements has been invaluable. Also being a tenant ourselves for 20 years in Sydney with various other agencies, we have come to know how stressful the situation can become when the agency you pay rent to does not want to know you. In contrast Rufina is willing to take the stressful phone calls from tenant or owner and walk the tightrope between the parties.

Elder are ok, provided your property has no issues. If you're a tenant they'll advocate for you. If you are a landlord look elsewhere. We've had no tenants in our property for 10 months, organising tradespeople has been left to us. Keys to our apartment were left on site, in order to minimise travel times for Elders staff. Overdue rates etc sent to incorrect email address and refusal to resend out of spite. Slanderous comments made, over sour grapes. Quite disappointed.

Long-term tenant here who has always paid their rent on time and often in advance. I have never come across a more diligent and professional agency than Elders RE Blacktown. Great communication, consistently fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate in doing business with them again. I was appalled at the bad reviews, but understand there are two sides to an argument. I figured those with negative experiences most likely entered into an agreement and didn’t play by the rules. AVOID THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!

The drama starts when you end your lease with them, trust me their cleaners will eat all your bond like literally, you will be lucky to get anything back.
