After we entrusted Beryl Yu to find tenants for us, she listened carefully to our requiremnts and gave some professional advice. After each open day, she promptly gave us feedback until she helped us find the tenant. She assisted us and the tenants to deal with some problems encountered in the initial stage of renting through telephone, email, etc. She played a very good role as a communication bridge between us and the tenants.
