Beryl managed our flat, but unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. It appeared that regular inspections were not conducted properly, and we did not receive proper reports on the condition of the flat. Additionally, when the tenant vacated the premises in a filthy state, Beryl failed to pursue them for resolution till we asked.
In the end, we were left with the responsibility of paying for professional cleaning and pest control ourselves.

Stay away from this company at all cost. Ex-tenants caused lots of damages to my apartment, moved out almost one month ago, property manager Beryl Yu did not even inform me. After I called her I was told about part of the damages. Then I decided to do an inspection of my apartment. I was not let in by the current tenant due to Elders' poor arrangement. After inspection, I was also shocked by the damages caused by the ex-tenant which are not even reported to me, Big markings on the timeber floor, dent on the door, 6 big marks on the wall paint. Blinds string was polled down to the floor, blinds missing. Sent an email to their manager, called a few times, still no decent response with concrete plan to fix all the damages. Ex-tenant moved out on Jul 6th, today is Aug 10th, not sure what this real estate agency is doing.
