I have been seeing Dr Hogan for my daughter for 4 years for multiple complex issues. His gentle approach has made her trust him wholeheartedly.

I usually visit Elanora Pharmacy a couple of times a week for my medications and today I had my COVID booster. The service is always efficient and friendly.

I’m moving away from the area shortly, having been a patient of this practice for the past five years. I can’t rate them highly enough! Dr Tom and his wife have brought together a fantastic group of professionals, from the friendly receptionists to the medical team, all of whom are caring and compassionate individuals with the time to listen. Highly recommend this medical practice. Reception staff are warm and helpful and Dr. Sun is a wonderful doctor, she is professional and takes her time with her patients.

This practice has a finalist in The World's Loveliest GP competition, but I'm not going to say any more because then you'd all want to come and then I'll never get in.

Spoke on the phone for half an hour to book an appointment the next day, called up at my appointment time. No record of me, no appointment, no solutions given.

I have been attending this practice for approx 2yrs. I have only ever seen Dr Sun but never any problem making an appt which is always handled in a very professional manner. Also the receptionists are always very helpful. Highly recommended.

I have to say possibly the worst Dr and patient experience I have ever encountered. Couldn’t wait to get us out of there. My mother has terminal cancer and she had not once ounce of empathy just appalling.

When we asked her advice she said ‘I’m not your GP’! Still shocked by Dr Yimei Sun - shouldn’t be a Dr and certainly won’t be ours ever again!

This place is the worst. Terrible customer service and very poor bedside manners. The receptionist (who sounds like she smoke a pack of cigarettes daily) is so incredibly rude on the phone - she acts as if she has somewhere else to be and could care less about helping you book an appointment. Absolutely appalling service on her end. And the doctors aren't great either. My first visit with Dr Sun was a joke - after making me wait 35 minutes post my scheduled appt time, once she finally saw me, instead of helping to resolve my issue, (removing a sun spot) she told me she couldn't help. Huh?

I attempted to give this place another try by going to see a different doctor the second time, and she was almost as bad. She didn't seem to know much about the world of GP and I left feeling very disappointed about this place.

There are so many other great local GP's in the area.take your money and health and go elsewhere!

I have now visited this state-of-the-art medical center on several occasions. Once I met Dr. Laura & Dr. Tom, I felt that what a wonderful and what a knowledgeable two passionate individuals they are. Since then, we built a very good rapport and their right advices helped me & my family a lot. They are caring, very good listeners and very experienced doctors in their individual fields so that as a result you get to the point advice. Even though we are not locals within their catchment, we always go there when needed. I also can never forget their guidance when my wife was having difficult times during her pregnancy. Not to mention their blog in their website where you can find a lot of useful information. In short, you will be in safe hands.

My consultation (with Dr. Hogan and skin specialist Dr. Mehrnoosh) was very professional and I was impressed with their warmth and caring approach. The practice is in a bright, modern facility and the team cohesion, from the front reception to staff members, is a big plus!

Dr Tom, Laura, Mehrnoosh and all the team at Elanora Medical Practice are friendly, caring, professional and thorough. The practice is clean, modern and fresh and I love their approach of looking at your complete health with focus on prevention as well a treatment. You're in good hands.
