I’ve been coming here two years the girls are always welcoming, love coming I always feel good when I get there and when I leave.
Today I had Monika she was great very patient with me and made sure she covered everything consistently she took her time and didn’t rush which made the experience of todays session nice calm thank you

Absolutely the worst service ever! You pay for a fast treatment they don’t even go through the whole thing! Extremely rude staff they need to get some customer service behavior from what I saw today. I prefer the old staff they were more
respectful and decent. Won’t be coming to this clinic again shame.

My daughter has been a loyal and happy customer of laser removal services here until last Tuesday when she received a laser removal treatment with a new therapist. She clearly explained the areas she wanted treatment for whereas the therapist negligently zapped her tattoos on her left ribs which caused her sever pain from the burns. As a result of burns, her skin infected. She was told that the store manager will contact her to follow up on this incident but no one till date contacted her. This is absolutely poor customer service and extremely unprofessional.

I have been coming here for almost two years and the girls who work there are so so kind. I had Monika today and she made me feel so comfortable and she was literally one of the nicest people ever! Love this clinic and 1000% recommend. Monika even took time to help me find the best prices and deals for laser. Love this place.

After starting at LCA and then moving to a few different clinics I've landed on; and stayed with Eden.
They usually have the best prices and price match if they don't.

Also the team are genuinely interested in just making sure you see and get results plus aren't pestering you with upselling.

They are also quite punctual which is great, not much hanging around.

I have been coming to Eden for my laser and injections for years. Recently I had the lovely Maddie who was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. She showed me how the new muscle machine works and Said I can come in for a free trial. All of the girls have always been very professional, really friendly and with above and beyond customer service. I could not recommend this clinic more

First time getting treatment at a Laser Clinic which was a bit daunting! I have been to a couple others to compare but found staff really rude or dismissive. When I walked in the lady at the desk greeted me and welcomed me straight away! I had heaps of questions as this was my first laser treatment, my therapist Lara took her time to explain everything and gave me breaks when I needed during my session.
The clinic is incredibly clean! While I was waiting I could see them disinfecting the beds and surfaces between every client this made me feel at ease especially with COVID. Staff are so lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Poor Customer Service & High Staff Turnover

I've been a regular customer for just over a year now and I have been coming in for my regular sessions as I purchased a package deal. Not long ago, I also purchased additional laser sessions from a promotional deal recently because I've been happy with the results and the prices.

I think these sessions are great value, however expect to find a different therapist each session you come in (which affects the quality and consistency of results of each treatment you get). It is worth the value, however I am very disappointed with customer service at this laser clinic. Especially what I experienced this morning at the receptionist desk today.

My ease of use from this service was the fact that I was able to pay upfront for the package deal and use up my store credit, not to be told I have to pay the original price for the time they expected me next and not informing me prior.  I am not entirely fussed about the unexpected payment, I am more concerned with the customer service from this laser clinic in Hornsby.

I was not informed that my session was not covered with my remaining store credit until 'after' the session I had today and I was told by the lady at reception that "It is actually obligatory for 'me' to check in with that", and not the ladies at the clinic. I think you should be informing your clients before booking their next appointment, the prices expected and also if their store credit is used up.

Part of the problem is the amount of different therapists I've had each time I've come in and it seems to me that there is high staff turnover.
Not only is that a negative sign, but excuses given that I have been given because 'I' have to ask each therapist from now, to check whether I have to pay for it next time even though they proceed with booking my next appointment. It is not my obligation to make sure that there is communication going on between all the therapists Ive had

Friendly, informative and professional. Alex is a 5 star therapist with exemplary customer service skills providing the comfort customers require.

Sylvia is a great therapist and very accommodating. I asked her about facial and she infomed me what’s the best for me. Highly recommended Sylvia to other customers

The girls are really lovely but I don’t like there Quality of services
I guess that’s why they always have discounts on packages etc
I feel like I’ve wasted my money here

I had Sylvia for a full body laser and she was detail orientated, professional and she was hilarious. When you're having your body lasered you atleast want a laugh!

Sylvia's professionalism and technique was absolutely spot on, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I will definitely be requesting Sylvia for all my future treatments.
