Eden Laser Clinics

Visited Eden today with my daughter who needed assistance with acne treatment. The staff were beyond helpful and made my daughter feel comfortable during her procedure. The staff took the time to help educate my daughter and myself about how to work to improve her skin. I also had laser at this time and again the technician went above and beyond to make my experience a comfortable one where I was informed the during the whole procedure, the clinic had a very welcoming environment and the owners went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied during and after the treatments. The team at Eden Hornsby are very knowledgeable and wi help with developing a skin program to suit your specific needs, I have found my new skin and laser clinic. I would highly recommend a visit to Eden at Hornsby.

The stated procedure time differs from how long the procedure lasts. Each therapist gives different information about the procedure, and the quality of service has dropped a lot.
There is never enough staff. I don't want to go back or recommend it to anyone.

I've been going to Eden lazer clinics for a couple of years now, but it's been a year since I've been going to the Hornsy clinic and I keep coming back because the woman who manages this clinics location is marvellous; Angela is professional and knowledgeable and her adepts are up coming stars in the profession as well. The clinic it's self has great flash sales and deals on all cosmetic procedures and products. Highly recommend.

Darren was thorough and addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I just came in for a consult and he made me confident enough to do the treatment there and then. I’m glad he was available at the time.

Jayleen was amazing. She was very detailed on explaining the dermafrac procedure and is very well known of the product she is giving and I am on to my next appointment because of that. I am so satisfied with the service

Avoid at all cost. A lady who said she was the team leader convinced me to have an unnecessary and useless treatment prior to my treatment of choice. Booked an appointment later for the treatment I wanted and received confirmation email which was shown on arrival (Christmas eve after juggling things to get there). I was told they didn't have me booked in and couldn't offer me a time slot, not even a refund for the 3 prebought treatments. No apologies and just clueless about customer service.ent priory

I don’t know if this clinic is worthy of 1 star. I prepaid laser hair treatment and I have been declined a service as one of the medication that I’m taking is identified by the laser clinic as photosensitive medication (possiblity of pigmentation). Therefore I have been asked to produce a clearance letter from my GP till such time I won’t be able to carry out the treatment. I therefore went to my GP and I have adviced that the practice do not have the instructions to confirm anything in writing to the process that’s been imposed by this laser clinic or to state if I’m medically fit to undertake the treatment. The GP have also mentioned that it’s not a standard procedure as mentioned by the staff Georgia & Angela) at Eden therefore refuse to provide me a full refund on my prepaid treatment or credit voucher till this is sorted out with the doctor.
This act of non disclosure prior to the treatment is a complete fraud and I’m not sure how many customers have been turned down like this. I have had laser treatment before and I never had any issues whatsoever. Will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Amazing experience! While I was waiting for my appointment I saw the staff continuously clean the entire store. Very comforting to see such a clean clinic, compared to other laser clinics in the same shopping centre… my treatment was amazing, and they have such affordable prices!

Have had my sessions done here for laser hair removal and a few others done by Jayleen, have noticed a major difference in my hair growth and Jayleen has been exceptional in her service which has resulted in me being a permanent client for this clinic. You’ll see me again many times and recommending her and the clinic to all my friends.

Can't recommend enough! All the girls here are lovely and they all look after me very well. I usually get Lauren and Jayleen and i absolutely love them. They make me feel comfortable and the experience is just very personalised. I had Joelle as well and she was very thorough with the process! It feels like each visit just gets better & better?

The services at Eden Laser in Hornsby are always excellent. I never leave disappointed.
Laser therapist Joelle is one of the best in the clinic and never fails; she is always thorough and gets all the hair, and as a result I have the best results from laser after years or failed treatments at other clinics.

I had a session with joelle here. She was the best and very friendly and other staff were good too. I prefer Hornsby compare to Bankstown and lidcombe.

I had my first session today and Monika was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel super comfortable and answered every single question, so patiently. Honestly was really scared about the experience, but totally at ease now. Thank you team!
