They charged me for a puncture repair without consulting me at a pink slip. I have a puncture kit in the car and could have done it in front of them when I collected the vehicle.

I usualy hate taking my car in to have work done, but not since I found these guys! At first I was skeptical that the reviews seemed too good to be true, but I can honestly say they are justified, what an excelent service! I had only 2 day left on my rego. I phoned ECU Automotives. Tony the owner/mechanic pleasantly answered the phone. He booked a time for the next day. For a pink slip.
The service centre was spacious with multiple hoists & clean.
The mechanics were professional and very informative. The mechanic showed & clearly explained what needed to be done using simple English and no mechanic jargon.

Over the years have tried alot of mechanics and ECU is simply the best, hats off to the ECU team who looked after my SUV. As if I got a new vehicle. Other places was quoted $3500 but ECU was honest with the get go and said it would cost between $1500 and $1800, true to their word it was done at the quoted price. Once again thank you for an excellent service. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a professional mechanic

Reliable prompt service because of the exchange of the dollar from Aust to us delivery charges and double the tax from the US and Australian goverment it more than the unit cost overall the ECU Automotive are good

I got a Blue Slip on a vehicle that hadn't moved over 15months! He called before he did any work or changes to the car, literally to ask if it was ok and let me know what he was doing to bring it up to safety standards, which I appreciated! And even let me know the cost all up (Something I didn't expect). Within 2 hours, the car was ready for pick up. When I showed up, it was actually a bit cheaper than what he quoted, and still a top notch job supplied. He pretty much explained what I needed to do from here to complete the registration, and then offered to refit new the plates when I get 'em. Never will you get such a 5Star treatment anywhere else! Definitely 10/10 from me! Such a stress and worry free process! Definitely got a fan here! Cheers ECU AUTOMOTIVE!

ECU Automotives truly the best car repair shop I’ve ever encountered. My car broke down on the highway and I dropped it off at this shop on a whim. The employees were beyond friendly and understanding and made sure all boxes were checked before providing a diagnosis. The lead mechanic walked me through the entire process and was transparent with everything. My car ended up not needing a repair (just a faulty sensor) but out of either pity and true human compassion, they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic check which completely brightened our day. Wanted to give 10 stars, but it won’t let me. Highly recommended.
