ECU is really good. I have my pink slip check done on Saturday without appointment. The guys at ECU were really busy but they manage to do my check under 30 minutes. Definitely, ECU will be my first choice for now on all the matters related with mechanical issues with my car.

I wish we could give ten stars to this fabulous car series business! Both of the owner and staffs are very friendly and professional. We needed pink slip kind of in an urgent so Googled and found ECU Automotives, then quickly called to make the appointment. We’ve been told they could help us on early Thursday morning in the same week we called (we called on very late Tuesday afternoon and it was about time they were going to close business for the day). We had very great experience with their customer service and car service. The price was also reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for trustworthy car service and high quality customer service!

I truly have nothing but the utmost respect for the boss at ECU Automotives and he is absolutely worthy of every positive review here! I needed to transfer my rego from interstate at short notice and he got me in the next day for the blue slip. Only a small issue found with a seal and he fixed it straight away for a very fair price. Knowing nothing about mechanics I was subject to his expertise and ultimately his mercy, and I found him honest and very helpful. All I can say is that it was a privilege to shake his hand at the end of it, and so to the boss: thank you sir! I’ll definitely be back as a loyal customer.

I've been to many mechanics shop to service my car and so far this is the best mechanics shop i ever been to.already serviced my car here couple of times, the Services is very good, I think this is the right place for you to get your car checked.they will tell what your car problems, what need to be fix and how much it will cost.

It was a terrible experience. I came here to do a pink slip and then replaced some accessories. The customer directly overcharged 10% gst when making the payment, and only found out after the payment. Then I went to ask him. He told me that I don't need to pay gst if I pay cash. He also told me that you need to pay gst for swiping cards in Australia. I want to ask if gst is included in the price? Why didn't you say that gst was not included in the quotation? Serious tax evasion and dishonesty。

After trying out different mechanics and AUTO SHOP, ECU Automotives have been the best from my experience. The staff are well skilled in their job and they were able to explain to me everything which I needed to know. They didn't try to increase the price for no reason and I left that day knowing my car was in good hands. I definitely recommend this place. Hands down the best in the area.

The business is very neat and clean. Tony quote me a very reasonable price for the service I needed and was able to get my car fixed in a timely and competent manner. He also diagnosed a couple other issues that I will be getting fixed very soon. Finding a reputable mechanic is difficult, but I seem to have gotten blessed by finding a very good one right off the bat. 10/10, absolutely will be using again.
