Very happy with the sanding and polishing of our floors. We were in a rush due to it being an investment property. Very friendly staff, pleasure to deal with Peter on the phone.

This is the first time ever I install laminate floors in my new property. There are so many products out there but what caught my eye is the good products offered in Easy Timber.

I have constant delays with my strata management about the approvals and Peter is so patient to take my numerous phone calls and sms re: updates. At first I thought Peter probably got fed up with me as I am just a customer with a tiny unit for his business, but Peter is committed to provide me the job quotes, installation done on time, right after my strata approval in a stressful situation, everything turns great.

Everyone should consider buying supplies or installation from this shop. To get the job and achived trust from customer, The shop owner was happy to say yes to all requests of the customer at first time, hiding negative things to trap customer buying his product and installation but when client complain,   he playing time game, doing smart to avoid his warrenty, asking customer pay more to fix faulty products. His laminate installer inspected my house and stated our house is eligible for all conditions to install this laminate board before starting the job. Later, We complained about our house being a year with cracking sound when step on during all season, big brap aprear bewent boards, etc His professional laminate installer declared this premium laminate board not SUIT for AUSTRALIA WEATHER and not thing wrong from his instalation workmanship. The shop owner repeating reason huminity and less mention about materrial or inslation workmanship reason (Althought our house humunity messure in the range between 35%- 55%). Remember, the shop owner did not mention any negative or insutrction of laminate board when during geting the quote. He trap customers. And his installer inspected our house before starting the job with eligible condition results to install this laminate product. Plus, the owner "tried to kicked us out" his shop when we came, he stated no time talk with us but we can tell he so smile talking other walk in customer. From my experience, the owner very dishonest, we taking year fighting with him about cracking sound with nothing change.   I have a lot evidence photo, video and time date to prove it. Making short, Your choise about supply and installation timber floor but should consider there are plenty supply and installation outside. But you really like this product for some reason, I strong recomment you should consider, record what the shop owner promiss, making very clear condition warrenty otherwise You might be like be me, he ask me to pay more to get fix his faulty product but I refused. We deserve to get compensation and request they take responsibility. Whoever has experience working laminate board can understand my feelings and see how funny this shop and this owner are.  We have been fighting for a year and will go further. As i don't have any problem with my previous laminate boards but there are a lot of fausty appear after installing this product. Everyone be aware this shop. You have plenty of choice. So will be good if nothing happen and what if not, you may understand my case, understand this shop and the owner.

I would like be clear that before getting the quote, he said OK reused skirting boards and not cutting between the boards. Peter all agree our request and did not give any explanation or recommend. The installer stated the house is eligible for installation this product.
Now he claim back to customer not understand. We did pay for remove/ install skirting board, full supply and installation now Peter has asked us to pay extra to charge labor to remove/install again skirting board again TO FIX it. I remember Peter said he charged same quote to “remove/install labour” for the reused or new skritng board. Peter did not stop me reused the skirting board, did not give any explanation or recommendation.now He So good talking by his way and ask us pay extra for the service that we did already paid before. Peter did not discount any things unless He told me paid by cash. I regret trust his high rating. He try to deley and deny to fix the problem. Intested of fix the problem property, Peter try to tell customer pay extra for their mistakes.
I am the honest and patient when I still waiting for him a year now. I must off work so many time to get appointment with him. I believe he must fix properly the problem without surcharge customer.

Not only is Peter a gentleman to deal with. He was extremely helpful in choosing our laminated floor which turned out fantastic. His installers are to be commended for their professionalism and excellent workmanship.
This is the second time I’m using Easy Timber Flooring and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Incredible work and attention to detail. Had a very old house with uneven floors and they brought it back to perfect. Could not recommend highly enough for the price, quality of product and workmanship.

Peter and his team did a fantastic job renovating my tiled staircase with engineered wood. I had called many timber flooring companies across Sydney for quotes to renovate a tiled staircase but Easy Timber Flooring were one of the few that were willing and able to carry out the job at a reasonable price. Communication from his team was transparent and any concerns during the process were quickly addressed as we could reach Peter anytime.

It wasn't an easy task laying timber onto tiled steps, and we are very happy with the finished outcome. The timber steps still hold up months after the job was complete with no issues. We had a few unopened boxes leftover and Peter was lovely & honest enough to minus that from the total quoted price.
