Eastern Therapies is an amazing place to go for acupuncture, they really know their stuff and take a lot of details down on your initial meeting so they are aware of your issues and aim to fix them, which they do. Very relaxing and I would recommend Eastern Therapies to anyone.

One of the most disorganised businesses I've been to. The treatments are good but they run late and you do not see the person you booked in with. Some even refer to notes for the treatments. Not impressed and could do well with some lessons in business management and customer service. I never even met Houng.

Houng is the best Acupuncturist I have ever met over my twenty five years of getting treatments in the US, Europe and Australia. Her immense knowledge and skill helped me get better within minutes of her treating my neck pain induced by several herniated discs, bad posture and horrible spasms, completely unbelievable! She has been an incredible help for my autoimmune problems, especially relating to stomach, when I was so desperate after not getting any relief from western medicine that I couldn't eat at all for weeks. Her expertise in pregnancy acupuncture and herbal medicine are second to none, and her diagnosis is always as accurate as if she has a scanner or an MRI machine.
The practice is very welcoming with every staff member extending personal warm attitude towards the clients. From reception staff to Associate Acupuncturists there is always a warm and compassionate care provided, creating a very relaxing atmosphere even for the most stressed people. The rooms are always impeccably clean and set with the most comfortable beds and temperature settings, which is very rare at Sydney acupuncture clinics. It is a perfect practice for anyone who considers hygiene in such setting a priority.
After many previous bad experiences I have developed a guarded attitude to any new medical encounters, but I feel completely safe under Houng's care and trust her 100%. After my initial visit I felt the hope for the first time in over ten years that I can get a break from my long-lasting health troubles and start enjoying life without constant fear.
