Staff is so nice. Cold wash $6. Hot wash $7. Dry $6. No need to bring powder and softener.

Was my first visit to a Laundromat after our washing machine broke down. The location was simple to find. Parking out the front. The staff were very friendly and helpful, for a Laundromat it was very clean. They wash, dry and fold your clothes at a decent price. Then SMS you when it's ready - for me it was only a few hours. Highly recommended.
Was sent here on a mission by our daughter in law to wash and dry, doonas and bed linen. We have traveled a lot and visited many many laundromats over time, BUT. WOW “Drop your Load” ticked boxes I didn’t know that laundromats could tick.waiting room with magazines and tv, super clean, and the lady busily sorting and washing drop-offs so helpful and accommodating, enabling me to be able to wash and dry our stuff around her scheduled laundry jobs. Left with a feeling of happiness,
Some of the nicest people I have ever met in Australia, she was extremely courteous and very helpful. Economic too This place is a little far from where I live, but was worth the trip. Five stars all the way. Would definitely use their service in the future and highly recommend.
Never thought we as a family would use a Laundromat but we did and it was a great experience.
Really EASY process, drop off your laundry and they will wash, dry and fold it.
FRIENDLY and RELIABLE service, we had three heavy bags of dirty laundry and they did not complain but were happy to have a job to be done.
SAVING time and HONEST, the whole process was done in 3 hours and we had some loose change which they returned.

Very clean, organised and well priced, however I was disappointed that I had dropped off items for alteration, yet they did not call to advise that it couldn't be done. I had to follow-up only to be told that it wasn't done. Otherwise, very helpful service.
Today is my first visit to this local laundromat in my area. The location was great and easy to find. The staff was very helpful with my enquiries, even assisted me in the shop. Very friendly and top service. Nice, neat, friendly and clean place to do your laundry!
How good is this place. I use the pick up and delivery service once per week. Same day turn around. All washed, dried aaaand folded. All I have to do is put it away. Excellent prices too. Not to mention the amount of personal time saved. Tanya is fantastic and very responsive to texts. I would give more stars if I could.
Been to lots of laundry places, this is the one to go to.couldn't fault the service and the place. It even has kid playing area in the waiting room. Definitely will make another trip from Baulkham Hills for next time.
