I don't mix underwear with main clothing and towels so I usually have 3 loads to do. Never came across being told which machine we can use the moment we walk in. Was also told that our load would be two washes when I had 3 separate baskets. I let it go because I was in pain and exhausted from my workout; I asked how to make it a warm wash after filling up the detergent compartment and then got told I would have to use one of the other machines (even though at the start we were told that the two machines we were directed to were the only ones available to use). We should have been asked how many loads we wanted to do, and if we wanted warm or cold washes so we could have been directed to the appropriate machine.

Name is deceiving, came into this establishment on a at 2am on Friday night to discover it' was a laundromat.

Awesome experience. Clean Facilities, great staff, really fast services with quality. 3 car parking space on the front and plenty off street. Highly Recommend!

I was surprised by the cleanliness of this place.
It is spotlessly clean, which is very rare for a coin laundromat.you can see in the pictures.
The staff went an extra mile and helped me the whole laundry process.
Overall, enjoyable experience.
It is highly recommended.

I have been using this Laundromat for a long time now and love it - the owners and when required their well chosen team of employees, the cleanliness (no musty laundromat smell here), the prompt service, the beautifully ironed and folded items, the text message when items ready for pickup and not forgetting the self created and beautifully maintained gardens around the premises all make for a huge welcome and ensures a loyal client base.

It is the best laundromat ever, so friendly you can always have a laugh with the two owners, they work 7 days a week but still are welcoming and the job they do is beyond amazing with a garden to die for. Glad my washing machine died, ive made two loverly friends.

Thank you Tania, we have just had our Flokarti Rug washed and it is awesome, can not recommend you enough. Price was fantastic and customer service second to none, pleased that there is still a business out there that will go the extra “mile” for the customer.

Previously, when I went to this place, the lady who served me was fantastic. She offered to laundry my blanket in the coin operating washer/dryer whilst I was away. However, a man who served me recently was bad. The first words he said to me was: “Do you know that your not meant to put the laundry on the weight! ” No greeting, just frustration. He then told me that the big machines will take a long time and suggested to go to the laundromat on Parramatta Road! Because the commercial laundry coming has to be cleaned and it will take a long time. I said I was happy to wait and to come back but didn’t have time to go to the laundromat on Parramatta Road because I had to go to the appointment right away. But he insisted. So I just left because I wasn’t getting anywhere. I expected better service, but it wasn’t the case. Not coming back.

Great facilities, clean, cheap and the two owners are lovely and helpful. What else do you want from a laundromat experience? !

This is the best Laundromat I have used. The place is so clean and the garden around the shop is so beautiful. Both owners are very friendly and helpful. They also provide the detergent for you if you don't bring your own. My clothes are clean, smell good and really dried. I highly recommend if you look for one:)

This is best laundromat EVER! Tania and Oscar provide the best service. They have been doing our laundry (myself, husband, son and two fur babies) for the last 3 years! I will never need to own a washing machine again. The service is impeccable, the prices are amazing and Tania & Oscar really care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
