I've had a very positive experience thus far with Liv Ayurveda. Dr. Rafeena has been very helpful during the treatment for gastrointestinal issues which I've been suffering from for over several years. She listens intently and asks the right questions to be able to understand one's current physical and emotional situation.

Her approach aimed at bringing my body back to its natural balance and also to provide symptomatic relief through a mix of herbal medicines, dietary changes and home remedies has worked well for me and I am in a much better state - physically and emotionally, after a little over a month of treatment.

I am still on my journey to healing all my chronic illnesses. I now am happy, joyful, focus and at peace with myself, I now have 2-4 bowel movements daily, which is magnificent as I know my body is healing rapidly.
