I am very happy I chose Liv Ayurveda for my Postnatal Massage. I felt very relaxed during the therapy, it also helped me reduce my stretch marks. The therapists Tahir, Shika, and the receptionist are all generous and kind.

First visit, booked a 45min champi. Lovely welcoming ambience. Had a relaxing head massage while my feet soaked, then afterwards was invited to sit in a very comfortable sitting room & given a delicious herbal tea I wish I'd asked about (maybe sesame?). I'm pleased with my experience, the description of the therapies & pricing on the website is clear & it's even covered by health fund. There's free parking on-site, enter from Villiers (next time I'll know). Highly recommended, will be back

Rafeena is amazing and her advice/treatments have helped me so much. I highly recommend visiting. One thing I love about seeing Rafeena is she does the physical treatments like massages etc herself. Unlike other doctors who only prescribe, she really gets to know you and your body with great care.

I had endometriosis I made an appointment with Dr Rafeena because I was not feeling well, without energy, sad, gaining kg due to the medicine I was taking- reccomended by another specialist. After six weeks of treatment that include tea, natural herbs and massage, I felt much better. She is a lovely, empathetic and caring person.
