Today I went into get my son's phone repaired.
I was served with a very friendly smile by manager Jackie. She was so polite and very professional how she spoke to me.
She showed us a few products and had explained each one how great there values are.
Jackie had given me an affordable price I was very happy.

I am a Optus customer, they were the ones who referred me to Dr Booms communication.
Obviously they have a good reputation and great service that wheeled me in.
I would recommend your merchant and team to all my family and friends.
Also a big thank you to Amanda who had fixed my son's phone, had it done in a half hour now that's great value for money.

I had looked at the different place in Eastgarden for some help to fix my phone screen. The man who fix my phone was very helpful and very professional. I was also impress by the service quality of the younger man.

John is rude & pushy. Tried to convince me to buy expensive aftermarket extras for my new phone when they come standard in the box then gives attitude when I didn’t buy it. Incredibly bad service & money hungry. Will never ever return & would never recommend this store to anyone.

Extremely helpful and happy staff. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue with my phone.

Jackie and John are great in this store informative and helpful. Love getting advice and the xone screen protectot is what i recommend to all my friends and family.

Sold me expensive AND low quality phone batteries and tries to belittle customers when asking for a warranty. One of the salesman also falsely diagnosed the phone issue and provided outdated/inaccurate information on how to prolong the battery life.

Overall bad products and service and they wasted my time and money. Not gonna go back there EVER.

Jackie is always helpful and friendly. Like many, I have several devices, and I will always take them to Dr boom for repair or upgrading cases or new earbuds/phones. These guys know what they are talking about and have competitive prices.

I keep coming back to this store because of the outstanding customer service of both John and Jackie. They go above and beyond to help every time and provide me with all the relevant facts i need to make the right decisions. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The reason I'm writing this review is because John provided me with outstanding customer service that currently lacks in Retail stores all over Australia as a result the stores are closing down (period).

With the exceptional customer service John provided me, I am confident that Dr Boom Communication will do nothing less than great in future endeavors.

I would like to provide great appreciation for John on his negotiation skills as he took the matter into his own hands and provided me with full technical solution on my broken phone. This made me feel confident with Dr Boom Communications and deal with them rather than any John, Dick and Harry around Eastgarden.

Both John and Jackie form a great team in the store who are both friendly and professional.

The service in this shop is excellent. We bought a rong case for my tablet, and I damaged the packaging, and they changed it for a good one thanks again Jackie, you and John are very nice and very professional. If I need something else for my phone or accessories I'll definitely go in your shop.

Highly recommend the service from Jackie and John. I arrived with a mobile phone problem and they both kept working on it until it was resolved. They were professional, polite and really cared about resolving the issue even though they were very busy serving other customers. Thank you from the lady who just lost her job!
