Jackie served me and was such a sweetheart! She found me a case for my iPhone 7+ which meets my needs (ie is indestructible because I’m a klutz). Service was excellent, range was really huge and there were many options. Stoked as that they honour warranties too!

I went into the store at about 5.15pm today and not only was I welcomed warmly to browse. I was given undivided attention by the lovely lady working. I feel absolutely awful that I didn’t get her name. She deserves more than 5 stars for her efforts in trying to help me and not making me feel bad at all about not making a purchase right away! Whilst I wasn’t ready to make a purchase today. I put my word on it the next item I need related to my mobile or tablet I will go back to give my business to this young lady! Thank you!

I went to Dr Boom Communications at Eastgardens looking for a screen protector and that's when I met Jackie who was extremely knowledgeable with her products and the customer service was just too good to be true but most of all i loved how jackie was very honest with me so i could get the best product for my phone. Great service. Went in to ask if they could replace my cracked glass on mobile. She said yes we have one that does not crack. Replaced it for me.got myself a new cover.n a kate spade universal stability ring rose. Love it thanks for the great customer service.

Busted my screen yesterday on my Galaxy S9 and went into Eastgardens and found Boom. Jackie the store manager and Giacomo were nothing but professional and extremely helpful. Not only did they go above and beyond to help me out, they are genuinely nice caring people and I highly recommend using them.

Went to Dr Boom Eastgardens and got a quote for repair of the cracked screen of my wife's Pixel 2XL. Before paying the deposit for the new screen to be ordered, Jackie asked to see the phone. She peeled off the cracked screen protector and lo and behold the screen itself was fine. $340 screen replacement turned into $20 for a new screen protector. Great outcome.
