John was welcoming and helpful. It was carpet for a rental property and he provided lots of information. Following my choice installation was quickly arranged. They were efficient and I am happy with the result.

Daniel at Doyles Carpet Court (Five Dock) was so helpful in providing me the perfect floor for my apartment. I not only required an acoustically acceptable product, but wanted the aesthetically soft tones of oak timber. Daniel came up with a hybrid product that ticked all these requirements.
I was also very happy with Daniel’s quote. The team of installers worked quickly and efficiently in laying the floor. It was all completed in a morning, and after cleaning up their tools they departed by lunchtime.

Such a straight foward process from John at Doyles Carpet Court. After selecting our carpet John kept us informed of timings every step of the way and even accommodated our requests to move the date for installation a few times. Great value, great customer service and very happy with the finished result.

We had our floorboard water damaged due to a burst pipe in the next door unit. We felt immediately confident with Daniel from Doyles Carpet Court in Five Dock and decided go with him for our floor replacement.

Our case was rather complicated as our Strata Bylaw was very strict, and also due to the involvement of multiple parties - Building insurance, Contents insurance and Strata management. Daniel provided us a great support and all the documents we needed from him throughout the process which took over 1 year.

We had our beautiful Brinton's carpet installed a few weeks ago now and we are delighted with how it feels and looks. All who we dealt with at Doyles were kind and patient and we asked a lot of questions! Daniel is professional, knowledgeable and provides top service. The installer did a great job (he was polite and a good sense of humour too) - carpet looks great. Very happy with carpet quality, the professional laying of the carpet, and of course Daniel in charge.

I have been working with Daniel for over 10 years now. He has replaced carpets in my investment properties as well as put hybrid floor boards in my owner occupied apartment in Sydney. The boards look fabulous and he has been very patient with us whilst we were deciding on which boards to use. He also assisted us with the acoustic testing to ensure that it passed our rigorous body corporate rules of being under 45DB. Can’t recommend him and Doyle’s carpet court enough.

We had been looking for a supplier of quality timber flooring and waded through a load of showrooms, looking at samples and options, trying to find someone who could help us. We eventually walked into Doyles Carpet Court Five Dock, where we were shown a wide range of flooring options and guided through a decision making process to help us work out which flooring suited our needs. Daniel was absolutely brilliant, and really helped us out. He simplified the buying process, and we ended up with beautiful flooring for our home. Before the timber was installed, Daniel arrange floor levellers who fixed our uneven concrete slab, (made worse by our builder who'd attempted to level the slab and failed), at a really good price. When the floor levellers had finished the slab looked like glass, ready for laying of the timber. The entire process from shopping to buying to installation, was really seamless. My wife and I would definitely recommend these guys for your flooring needs.

We have recently replaced our floor boards and we went to Doyles Carpet Court as we worked with Daniel and his team previously. As expected, Daniel has provided outstanding customer service by assisting us with the right choice of flooring and making the process very smooth and easy. The installers are very professional and very knowledgeable. The installation is great thanks to the preparation works they have undertaken and we are very satisfied with the installation and the whole process.

We had gone to many carpet places with not much satisfaction with service or product. That changed when we walked into Doyles Carpet Court Fivedock. We found Daniel who was an amazing sales person was very patient and took care to explain not only the product but was advising on pros and cons to help best guide out needs. He went over and beyond with his service. I wouldn't go anywhere else after my experience with Daniel and his team.

Went there this morning concerning expanded Bamboo floor caused by the Big Wet we just experienced. James was extremely helpful putting me in contact with an installer who is presently finishing up on a job still in the Inner West.
