Great customer service, Staff very friendly, Had a ongoing problem with a fridge we had purchased, which got resolved very quickly. Big shout out to Josh on the sales team, he went above and beyond to assist us with our problem and got it sorted. Excellent work we are very happy customers now.

Great experience shopping for a new tv. Salesman Jason was a pleasure to deal with. Pick up from the warehouse was a great experience also. Neil and Josh were polite, helpful and professional and comfortable to deal with.

Was in there with my other half for a good 25 minutes picked a fridge waited for someone too help and got ignored guess it was the tats end up walking out n going up 6 store and brought one there had someone come ask me if I needed any help within 30 seconds will never walk in there again
I went to buy an office chair and was helped by a lovely lady named Karen. The only chair available to get straight away was a floor stock blue chair, which I didn't really like the colour of. Karen checked and advised that there was a grey one available at the Penrith store which she could get transferred for me. The only catch was, there would be a delay of one or two weeks. Otherwise new stock wouldn't be available until July. I decided to get the chair transferred and Karen kindly gave me a discount because the chair was floor stock. Well two weeks went by so I gave Karen a call to see when my chair might be arriving. Unfortunately the Penrith store had not sent it on to Rutherford yet. Karen said she would said them another email asking for it to be sent so that it would arrive on Wednesday. I phoned on Thursday and was told the Penrith store actually didn't have a chair in stock and that they must have made a mistake when doing a stocktake count. Well done Penrith store! Why does it take three weeks and a lot of chasing up for you to discover you don't actually have a chair in stock. Surely you can see what stock you have on the floor.
Anyway, I decided to take the blue chair from Rutherford (which I now wish I had done in the first place), as the chair I was using at home was now falling apart and very uncomfortable. Karen very kindly took another $10 off the price, as there was a mark on the chair. Five stars to Karen at Rutherford who was very kind and helpful. No stars to the Penrith store, they don't even know what they do or don't have in stock.

Watch when you go to buy something in this store like a washing machine or fridge cause you go there today they are ready to place your order go there the next day, someone else tells you they can’t get that item in cause it’s not on there system no wonder this place is going backwards when they have people like that working for them.

I Found this place to quite amusing (in the furniture section) I looked at an item with a $200.00 price tag and no Sales person annoyed me, then about 5 mins later, I looked at a bed with a fancy setup, fancy electrical one, price tag was $2,000.00 plus.and there he was right behind me. " can I help you sir " go figure.lol
First time buying from here and the customer service experience was great, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Noone greeted people as they were walking in.
Sales people did speak to us but didn't really discuss or want to know what we were looking for, gave us the information we could read but no explanation as to what could be done with it. Felt super awkward so i didn't ask anything and left.
