Not even worthy of a one star rating. Zero customer service or care given.
Numerous times I’ve entered the Rutherford NSW store and never been acknowledged or greeted.
Went in to purchase a $3k coffee machine, 2 employees stood at the front of the shop having a conversation between themselves, right where I was looking, and completely ignored me. Decided to walk around the area and continue to look and not one employee bothered to ask if I needed help with anything. I walked out, called the store from the carpark to put forward my disappointment, for it to basically fall on disinterested deaf ears.
A smile, eye contact or a friendly greeting doesn’t go astray. No wonder people shop online.

Wow! I purchased an adjustable bed which was delivered 10 days ago. Today it jambed in the head up position. No answer from the bed help line so i called domayne. The lady (so sorry can't recall your name) was so lovely and trying to assist, she organised for Will to come out to me from the store. He was very obliging and sorted the issue on the spot.as i said Wow! Fantastic follow up service domayne, thanks so very much.

Being pointed at by staff and followed (I’d actually say stalked) around the store today was a very negative experience. My husband and I came to look at furniture and decor for our new build in the Hunter Valley, however quickly turned off by despicable behaviour by your staff in the furniture and home decor section. I won’t return and absolutely do not recommend this store.

I received absolutely fantastic service from Casey when I was shopping in the vacuum section. He was extremely thorough in his knowledge and demonstration of the product, as well as being very polite/friendly.

I also received top service by Kyle in the computer section. Most of the other staff (in all areas) acknowledged me, saying hi as I walked around the store.

I’m definitely going to return to Domayne Rutherford after this experience and highly recommend anyone seeking something in the ‘white goods’ section to ask for Casey.

Received appalling customer service from this store. Dealt with a staff member, Hayden, who made promises he was not authorized to in the first instance, and then management when presented with the facts not only insinuated I had fabricated the assurances made to me but were also unwilling to offer any reasonable solutions to the issues presented. If you’re looking at buying a coffee machine, AVOID Domayne Maitland! The good guys staff were more helpful and pleasant to deal with, the prices much more competitive and enabled a much wider range of machines to be tested to ensure we as the customer got the right item for our household. Domayne sold us a $1,000 piece of garbage and were entirely unsatisfactory in their attempts to rectify the situation.

They are a quick service. I ordered online the same day and they were there ready with the order.

Went looking for a new lounge when Brent asked what we were looking for then he made suggestions to suit then informed our options to make a lounge to fit our needs. He couldn't do enough. When our quote came through a fellow worker he left a message with to ring us being his day off. She was working with the manger and we found her to be very friendly and also helpful. No hesitation in recommending Domayne to be your go to store.

Have always shopped at Domayne.
However after recently purchased a laptop, less than 2 months ago. My lap top screen is broken, no damages or cracks. Just the screen in all different colours. Was told to bring it in to send away for a quote to replace screen, possibly around $300 to fix. What happened to warranty. Will be going to Harvey Norman from now on

Domayne Rutherford is one of the best stores around for old fashion customer service.the team is very friendly and their knowledge of the product that I needed was amazing.i have been shopping at this store for a long time and their smile never changes. Keep up the great customer service.

We bought an LG fridge in September, it has now stopped working. Even with extended warranty we cannot seem to get LG to come out and inspect it. The way it works is; Domayne give you the phone number for warranty, warranty puts you onto a local service company. Local service company gives you the runaround and in my case I had some old lady yelling at me…there is no complaint system in place. No support from Domayne to hurry things up. They just palm it off onto the useless LG warranty repairer. Domayne should back up their extended warranty better. They took my money, they need to follow things through and get it done.

Outstanding customer service from Josh in the computer & electrical department. I needed some support with my laptop and Josh was only to happy to help! This is the second time I’ve visited the store within 6 months and Josh has been very helpful and always pleasant.

Rude salesman in the electronics sector, was too busy walking around with his paper in his hands to answer the questions I had about a particular washer I had in mind and was willing to purchase on the spot. Told me it was rubbish and wouldn't even spend a second to tell me about any alternatives, he told me when it breaks a lot of people don't have the funds to replace them, I'm not entirely sure if he was hinting at something but maybe I should have dressed up a bit more to visit Domayne on a Sunday afternoon. Left the store in tears and took my business somewhere where it was appreciated.

Just had an issue with a purchase I made about 6 weeks ago, rang the store and spoke with Kerry, who couldn't have been more helpful, took the product straight to the store at Kerry's request, he assessed the problem and was able to rectify it on the spot. Great customer service, thank you.

We were recommended to come here to get our new washing machine and microwave after having a bad experience with a few other big brand stores in the area. Our sales assistant was super friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely be back

Quick and straightforward service. Got what my son wanted and arranged delivery all in about 20 minutes.

Store assistant was unhelpful. She couldn't get away from me fast enough. My money not good enough for her, sale lost. I will never use this store again and would not recommend it to anybody

When we went to pick up our Heater Patrick at delivery station went above and beyond excellent service by both staff members credit to you two gentleman we would highly recommend dealing with your company and in particular these two gentleman.
