Staff that are very friendly, helpful and informative. I would certainly recommend this business.

Tye (Ty) is such an absolute legend. He took the time to look at my Mavic Pro and remedy any config or parts issues that I had. In fact, he was so super helpful and generous with his time, that I decided to take up even more of his time to look at additional goodies to purchase for the drone. If ever I have queries or need help, D1 Store is my go-to!

I went to DJI store in the city and got lucky to find Ty who was absolutely amazing and professional on his job, he helped me out with support on my computer and solved all the issues that I had, he is such a great asset to the company.

Came in the DJI World Square store in Sydney to purchase the new RS2 I was greeted by Will who went beyond anything i expected from costumer service, he was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and had excitement when talking about the product he is representing. I left one happy costumer and I 110% recommend if you are in need anything DJI there is only one guy and one store and thats Will! At the Sydney world square store.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get in contact with ANY DJI Store in Australia. The central telephone number just hangs up on you after you have made the selection you require with your phone keypad.

No direct store numbers. They don't answer any emails or messenger messages.

My Phantom 4 flight controller was sent from Melbourne to Sydney in bubble wrap only! How appalling! An expensive and sensitive piece of equipment just wrapped in bubble wrap, and left to be thrown around by inconsiderate freight handlers and courier drivers!

Zero stars for ease of contact with the stores!

I went to repair my drone at this DJI store and was told I would get a response in 3 days. After not receiving a response I decided to call and was told I would receive a call back. When I didn’t receive a call back, I went to the store and was told it had just arrived in Melbourne and I would get a quote in 3 days. Again, no response so I called again and was told I would get a call back. This time someone in Melbourne called me back to tell me they had never received the drone but they would check the warehouse and call me back- no call back. Two weeks later I received a quote and sent my payment confirmation. No response to this either and I called 3 days later and was told I would get a call back. Again no call so I had to go to the store for a 3rd time. Long story short I will not be going through the store again and will only deal with the website directly. Terrible communication and customer service. I’m putting 2 stars only because the workers in the store were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff.

I was finding it difficult to make a choice of which drone suited my requirement and Will helped me make a really informed descion, some thing I would not have been ale to do if I had gone to an authorised reseller.

They offer great bundle deals too.

Jason was really friendly and good in conversation. I like his friendly attitude which is really understanding and clear for me to purchase my gimble.

What is the use of a physical store where there is no demo and u can’t try things out? U can simply buy online and don’t need to come to the shop. Moreover, missing on the shelf: mavic mini, dji fpv system.

Definitely IS NOT A DJI STORE. COmpletely misleading - this is a normal independent DJI retailer pretending to be a DJI store. They do their best to conceal the fact that they are actually called D1 Store - you won't see that name anywhere in the store. Dishonest and deceptive trading behaviour - should be investigated by Dept of Fair Trading. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Came in looking to get a drone, Jason was super helpful in giving me lots of information on the different drones. He was able to give me a really good price on a refurbished Mavic Pro. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a drone, whether it's their first or not.
