Walked in and received some of the best service I've ever had! The legends answered all of our queries and more! Helping set it up in store and updated ready for our flight that afternoon. They even gave us the best ramen recommendation around the corner, Ippudo!

It says the store opens at 10. It’s 10.30 and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and no sign of anyone. I’ll get my drone somewhere else.

Been travelling all over and as a new mavic pilot, the customer support was like no other! Amazingly helpful and answered all my questions in a heartbeat!

The staff was rude. He closed the store 15 min earlier. I couldn't buy my drone because he said he had a personal activity for Friday night and he couldn't turn the the efpos on to sell me the drone. Terrible customer service from this young guy. DJI is a big company and should hire more professional staff. I definitely will try to get a different brand as I don't wanna deal with this kind of person

Every time I go to the DJI store at World Square the staff are helpful and never get annoyed with my questions, even when I end up not buying anything!

I have been circling the Magic Air 2S for a while, and when I finally decided to get it we were in a lockdown. So I called the store, spoke to Daniel, who was able to offer me a nice end of financial year discount. The payment process was simple and secure.

I thoroughly recommend dealing with this store - the combination of their customer service and expertise is outstanding.

I went to buy the Mini 2 the last day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Asked if he can price match on the accessories I showed my phone with a discounted price, no questions asked he just gave the discount right away. Love my drone. I am a student and they were able to give me a student price with the discount. Thanks for the wonderful service guys. It's good to pickup in-store sometime rather than wait a week for the deliveries.
