DIY Floorboards

Dealing with DYI Floorboards team has been an absolutely excellent experience. I have been to a number of shops to look for vinyl flooring options but no one could match DYI Floorboards both in expertise and price. In fact I have received an incorrect advice from other shops around soundproofing and underlay for vinyl flooring, which luckily for me was picked up by this excellent team. They are one of the only ones that do regular trainings and therefore are up to date with different brands and techniques. I can not recommend them highly enough for pre and post sale service! I wish all sales people would be this helpful.

Amazing price super high quality product and what sets DIY apart from other companies is their sale consultant. Sam is extremely friendly and helpful in helping my decide on which pattern/color I should pick. I felt like he actually has the best interest of the customer in mind. FACTS: We ordered hybrid flooring which arrived within 5 days, and saved 25%, even when factoring in delivery (to our door).

OPINION: This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in aaaages. Sam was extremely responsive, proactively sent through product docs incl warranties, install guides, even photos of finished result. He made followup phone calls to the freight couriers to make sure that our delivery kept moving. Blown away with the experience. Sam and this business are absolutely killing it!

DIY Floorboards are really knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. When they don't have immediate answers they have followed up with manufacturers to get me the best answers. Their quotes are always competitive. Fast delivery: I paid on Monday and had the floorboards on Thursday!

Found DIY Floorboards online when did research for renovating my study. Received a call fron Sam shortly after friendly online chat. Sam was super approachable and knowledgeable, and always answered my emails and messages quickly - even at 9pm. Laminate was delivered to Orange within two working days. All goods were packed very well, so no issue at all even it was raining. Thank you Sam, will come back when renovate other rooms!

I remember checking reviews for online floorboards and finding DIY floorboards, at first I thought great feedbacks and as I read throught them, I started doudbting how legit they were, everyone was talking about Sam and not one person underlined any issue and I thought to myself are those fake or real clients reviews? I decided to contact them anyway and pretty much straight away understood it was all so real, and so was Sam.
I honestly cannot remember dealing with a better customer service in my entire life. Sam has gone out of his way from start to finish to give only the best advises and help he could, in a record time everytime. He answered every single question I've had, with never taking a shortcut (and God knows I must have asked a thousand of them), when I finally decided myself on the product I wanted (after changing my mind many times), he was incredibly helpfull and caring in the all ordering process. But even after I bought and received all the products, he remained as available, kind and caring.
It is actually difficult to put in words how grateful I am for his incredible customer services!
Product wise I'm also very satisfied, we went for the brand quick step with the colonial plus laminate floor in bronze oak and I am trilled with them.
Price wise DYI floorboards are pretty unbeatable and have many brands and products to choose from!
