Superb customer service is my experience with DIY Floorboards! Brylie and her colleagues were extremely helpful. They responded very quickly to any technical questions regarding how to lay the Aspire flooring, and also provided photo's showing easy to understand fitting options.
As a novice, laying 100 sq mtrs of flooring may sound like a daunting task, however their advice on the products needed to complete the new floor project made me feel very confident in my DIY project.
I would recommend DIY Floorboards to anyone!

Just read Zlatko's review and I wholeheartedly agree with her comments. Tried local shops in Cairns and got the impression that I should just stump up with the cash and move on. DIY Flooring on the other hand offered prompt responses to my queries and their pricing is very very competitive. Even the freight component cost from NSW to FFNQ was exceptional value. Do I recommend them - YES, YES, YES.

On a further note - I really could have done with an Extra Box of Boards although the measurements were correct etc and slightly over was ordered and delivered I really could have done with the extra amount due to wonky very old house floors and the "Dill" (me +) laying them. Will Definitely use again.

Such amazing customer service. Anastasia and Sam were so nice, patient and professional. Very prompt at email replies, as well as very courteous on the phone. Called after 5 once and Sam still answered and was patient even though it was after hours. Love the new floors. We used Karndean vinyl floor planks and they look better than the real wood we have in the house.

I found the best price for the product I was after, with very speedy delivery available. DIY Floorboards stock a very wide range and have good online information to help with selections. Even more importantly, I received such excellence customer service from Sam and Anastasia - they couldn't have been nicer or happier to advise and assist. I recently purchased my Karndean Korlock flooring from DIY Flooring. I dealt with Sam who was really helpful and Knowledgeable about the product, he also was very good at keeping me informed as to when product was on its way and arriving which was great for me to be able to organise tradesmen at my end.
