I ordered a lens from Digidirect Miranda via the phone only to find it $50 less at the digidirect store on Amazon, I immediately called them back to discuss. They said they’d call me straight back to discuss. I got no email receipt, no tracking number and they never got back to me to discuss the price discrepancy. I needed it for a shoot and they were unable or unwilling to give me an approximate delivery date. “Not our responsibility” was their answer. Their Amazon store would deliver guaranteed next day. Cheaper better at digidect Amazon, I know where I’ll be shopping in future and it won’t be Miranda!

I usually click and collect my orders from Miranda DigiDirect as this saves me time, guaranteeing that they have what I need. My orders have always been prepared for pick up very quickly which I really appreciate.

Always go to Digi direct to get my film developed. Wouldn’t recommend any place better to get all your camera and film needs!

Really great place. Very helpful. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. It's a fair way for me to travel but when you find a place that really delivers on service and everything else then loyalty is easy. Highly recommended to everyone looking for photography equipment. Next time I need something this is where I will go first.

I ordered a Polaroid camera for my niece’s birthday, received it within 5 days with no problems. Happy with the product and speedy service. The only thing was there was no tracking for the package, but happy it arrived in time anyway!

Absolutely horrific experience. They've leaked peoples disposable photos out to me twice and numerous times to my friends. Once I received them over dropbox and once with printed photos as one of the staff members got the name wrong. When i confronted them about how they lacked confidentiality their only argument was that they see all the photos so its never really confidential. I voiced how I didn't care if they saw my photos I just didn't want them sent to some random and they would not take accountability. Leaking young girls photos out is not cool. Don't go to this place if you want your personal photos leaked to randoms.

Purchases have usually been straightforward and efficient. On one occasion I didn’t receive the correct number of items. After making a phone call my order was promptly corrected.

Digidirect is a fairly recent find for me. I was after a new camera and their price equalled 2 others as the best. I chose Digidirect to purchase it from and it was a seamless process. The only drama is I paid for 3 day delivery and their courier took 7 days. I have bought from them a 2nd time because they had a great price and it arrived quickly that time so still happy.

I get my film developed at digiDirect and they are super efficient with really good quality developing and prints. Highly recommend

Very simple and straightforward way to view and buy any kind of photography/video gear. Use of Zip and other payments schemes is an added bonus.
