Great product range and super helpful staff. My husband and I just use our phone cameras to take snaps of everything, however we are going on a safari soon and wanted a good camera to take great pics. Guy spent a lot of time with us going through the different options and price points. He was patient with our thousand and one questions and helped us pick out the best camera for us. After our purchase we came back to buy a camera bag. I asked him some technical questions about our camera ie. Regarding shutter speed and aperture. He got out the floor stock model and have us a run down of how we can maximize the quality of our photos with certain settings. Truly the best customer service experience we've ever had. I swear DigiDirect Miranda only hire the best staff! Zac and Tony helped me source a camera bag I was having a hard time getting and it came so quickly! They’re always extremely helpful with my questions and the lab team is incredible with the prints I get done for my small business. Cannot recommend the team at Miranda highly enough!

Drove here 50 mins because my local shop didn't have the camera I wanted. They made me put a deposit over the phone giving my card number which is a big no-no in terms of banking safety but was desperate at that point to buy the camera. The head salesmen uses car salesmen tactics and was aggressive to get the sale. When I arrived in the store I was talking to one employee who stared at me blankly when I mentioned my name since I had not received any email from the deposit I did over the phone. Then the manager came over, I asked about twice to price-match and was ignored. It clearly states on their website that they price match but he just ignored me and put in the full price. Did not take me seriously at all, maybe because I am a woman, who knows. Not a good experience and bad vibes in store. Dodgy salesmen, I contacted them via email and have had no response. Come here to get ripped off, JBHiFi is way cheaper, staff are friendly and will easily price match online.

No service after sending around for 40min. Given I'm in the market for an R3, disappointed.

I'm a local photographer trying to support local business. Avoid this place at all costs. Have visited multiple times for advice and to purchase kit. The manager Tony always gets involved, makes underhanded jabs at every customer that walks through the door. Genuinely seems to hate customers and his job. On top of that if you ever try and order online like my recent and last interaction with this joke of a business. Enjoy waiting days whilst they 'process your order'. Why do you have to come back the next day to receive something that is in stock, that you have paid for. That they couldn't be bothered. Thanks Tony, never again. Why don't you go back to your corrupt car salesmen career you (barely) graduated from

Do not shop here. Staff member quoted a price on a business card and when we returned to purchase it the store manager Tony refused to honour it. We drove 1.5 hours to purchase the camera for my sons birthday and Tony was so rude to my wife in front of my 2 boys. When we stated that the staff member said he would honour the price if we brought the card back Tony said “of course you would say that” this was in front of my 2 boys. What a rude man. To treat a female like this in 2023. I am surprised he has a job serving customers. He was more interested in making a profit than keeping his customers happy. Especially when my son is 11 years old and already investing in a canon r10. Tony has lost a life long customer here. Not a good look digidirect.

Staff members were courteous and patient when I ordered my new camera. I had to wait for the camera to be delivered to the store and only found out when it was in stock by contacting the store myself. Would have been nice if someone had contacted me to say it was available.

Don't get your film photos developed here. Lack of communication and so difficult to get in contact with. Multiple times I have got my film developed here and every time they've stuffed it up or something and told me there was only x amount of photos on the film, which simply isn't true. All other developers I've been to I've never had a single issue.

I needed emergency LED lights for a professional media report at last minute for NYE 2023. I cannot thank Guy - digiDirect Miranda enough for his outstanding friendly and super quick and easy service. He was so professional, knowledgeable and I landed up purchasing a RODE lav mic also just in time. Guy saved the day, and offered me an awesome package deal for my 2 lights and lav mic. I highly recommend him as the go to for all your camera and videography needs:)

Boxing Day 2022. I called DigiDirect Miranda to confirm a price on a lens. I drove an hour to get there. The store was due to close at 7pm, got there 6: 45pm, they refused to serve me because they were closing. Told them I’d called earlier, told them who I talked to, told them I’d driven an hour to get there. Too bad, they said their register was closed and refused to serve me. No apologies. Manager came out started getting agro telling me she’d call security if I didn’t leave. Appalling standards.

I had an amazing experience with Carly on Tuesday 19/4/2022. I needed some photos copied urgently for my sister in Melbourne. It normally would have taken 3-4 days. After I explained what had happened and why it was so urgent Carly showed empathy and said it would be a few hours. Approx 1 hour later she called to say they had been done. I was so happy. My sister called today and has the photos of our mother that were lost in a house fire. Thank you Carly for making a bad situation easy to deal.

I love ordering from digiDirect Miranda. The quality of the prints of my photos is always excellent and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I could get cheaper elsewhere but the quality and the service I receive here is just fantastic and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
