Dib took 4w, WITHOUT marketing and in the covid lockdown, sold my property. Another agent couple of months prior to Dib, spent huge $ for >6w full blown marketing and two opens per week and WITHOUT covid lockdown, didn't get a single offer in writing, even the verbal offers were well below the sold price. This is huge difference in skills.
