We recently sold our property through Dib and his team. They seem to have a sizable client database and are able to connect vendors and buyers quickly.

They have excellent knowledge of real estate trends in Concord and the surrounding regions and have provided me, as a vendor, with realistic and timely advice. The staff are courteous and conduct themselves professionally, both before, during and following the sale.

We recently had a very good service by this agency. Special mention must be made of Alex whom my wife and I met during an open home exhibition. He was very welcoming and inquired as to our needs. He was quick to point us out in the direction which ticked a lot of our boxes. Throughout our inspection which he was kind enough to arrange privately was very informative and able to answer our questions and put us at ease. There was a time when things got very challenging and he was always at hand to help us in our negotiations. He is very polite & well mannered and we found him very easy to deal with. We are deeply appreciative of his services and would not hesitate to get in contact any time for any of our needs. From our experience we would recommend him. The rest of the staff too were helpful when we needed any assistance and understandings in complying with our requests.
