I am giving Devine 5* because I am quite happy with the service.
There are things needed to be improved like making sure the place is clean for the new tenants to move in. I sort of rushed in and out on the inspection day so I were not checking the condition of the property as well as I should have on the day.
Nevertheless, the day we moved in, I had to mop the tiles which were full of shoes marks.and to my surprise the kickboards were full of yellow dots from the cooking
All the windows and window sills were dusty.
One of the light covers was full of dead bugs.

All in all, the girls are very responsive and friendly. The process was very smooth and we are happy with our new place.

Can’t fault Devine, great at communication and lovely staff. Skye is such a great property manager. We are lucky to have her!

As renters it is always a stressful process when looking and applying for properties to live in. Tony was extremely friendly and helpful in showing us through the prospective properties. Doesn't update listing when inspections are cancelled. Wasted time travelling to apartment which was already off market. Others experience same issue

From booking our inspection to moving into our home was smooth sail all the way. Very convienent with the online forms and contactless key pick up.
