My experience with Design Tiles in Rockdale from the moment I walked into their stunning showroom was so positive that I cannot recommend them enough.

Firstly, I was surprised at their prices being so affordable and reasonable considering their quality and range of beautiful, stylish and luxurious products. I was even more impressed with the outstanding customer service and inspiration I received from all the staff I dealt with, in particular, Jakana, Diana and Jacquie.

Whilst going through a very stressful and negative renovation, hence feeling extremely indecisive, Jakana patiently went above and beyond to assist me with her expertise to match my taste, ensuring I finally felt comfortable and confident with my selection.

Overall I am so happy with my new bathroom and very grateful to the team at Design Tiles for all their help!

Di was recommended to me and I am so glad! She was a saviour for me, managed to understand my vision and made the section of tiles so simple and fun. The design consultation was so professional and skilful and brought together my many thoughts into a cohesive and beautiful design. Couldn’t recommend Di any higher, would give her ten stars if I could. Even if it’s a bit of a drive it’s well worth it to save you time procrastinating and money on changing your mind.

Dianna (Di) at Design Tiles was recommended to us by our bathroom designer as an absolute wonder. He was right, and she was so worth the 4 hour round drive to meet with her. We arrived with just a bathroom photo that we liked from a website, a photo of our existing bathroom, and described to her the ‘feel’ we wanted. Dianna listened carefully and immediately laid out a combination of absolutely perfect bathroom tiles that she identified in minutes, that would have taken us hours of procrastination. She even recommended taps that we would never have thought of, and this decision made such a difference to the overall look.
Quite simply when we do the next stage of our renovations, we will willingly travel hours to consult with Di, because of the way she has worked with us.her expertise, she is a great listener, her humour, and she provides good coffee and excellent and unrushed advice.
Di is an absolute wonder, and we will quite simply recommend her to everyone we know. Thanks to her thoughtful advice and help, for the first time ever we have the bathroom we wanted, but never knew we wanted.and so much of that is due to that first meeting with Di when she listened and immediately understood what we hoped for but didn’t know how to find.

Same tiles like everywhere. Prices are not all that competitive. They order in tiles from suppliers, meaning they do not have anything in stock. So longer delays.

Further Addition - In response to the reply from the business.
First thing first - NEVER call a person a liar, which you just called me. I did not visited your store, is that true? And you know that by looking at the COVID registry. I am not sure about the legality of using COVID registry for surveillance. But I'll ring and find out. It would have been fine to just leave my comments be. But to actually go out of the way and try to negate every opinion I expressed is demonstrating the kind of people your are. It appears to me that Design tiles is a good looking shop, it really is, run by people having bad attitude.
I'm very glad that I did not do any business with you, and will tell my friends and family to not go there either. The IMPORTANT reason is that you are the kind of people who has to be innocent at all cost. If things don't go right, shift the blame to others, as you did in my case.

I did not go to your shop? Did I have some reason to make things up?
I can show some evidence that I was there in person. In this day and age of digital records, this is not difficult. Can you prove I did not visit your store?
By the way my phone number is on that COVID register (which according to you I did not fill out), you are free to call me to discuss this further.

Shopping for tiles can be an overwhelming experience. Design tiles has an excellent variety of tiles and expert staff with interior design experience to help. Prices are excellent compared to what you pay for inferior tiles in other 'outlets'. If your home is your castle then this is the place to visit.

We’ve been very pleased with Design Tiles and the team. They’ve been very helpful and patient as we picked our entire laundry then also decided to get our bathroom tiles. The whole process was very smooth and couldn’t be happier with their selection of beautiful tiles thank you very much again for everything! We will be back again
