Absolute pleasure working with the Design Tiles team; Jakana, Jacqueline and Dianna. They help to create the most amazing concept and design for my project and it was made so easy with the range of beautiful products on display and they were able to answer any technical questions I had with ease.

The service provided by Design Tiles is second to none. The quality of tiles are exceptional, the variety is endless. The help and service Di provided us in selecting our tiles made the whole process so simple; Because we all know choosing a tile design and tile size can be a very hard and confusing decision. We wanted to use a marble subway tile on our feature wall and a 600x300 on the floor with 1200x600 on the other walls. Di already knew which tile and size to select and she was all over it. The tiles are getting installed now and we absolutely love the colour and design and size of the tiles. It very refreshing to be given service where Di would message us images of the tile examples, colour match tap ware and vanity colours, etc. Its clearly evident that Di loves here industry, and loves providing a service not commonly found elsewhere.

We’d designed a fairly non-conventional kitchen (with natural granite counters and Blackwood timber elements) and I’d been struggling with what to do for a splashback. It was covid lockdown times and i had been scrolling Design Tiles Instagram account for inspiration I saw that they were offering FaceTime consultations.

I decided I had nothing to lose and emailed them. It was one of the best retail decisions I’ve ever made. Dianna was incredible - I’d sent her pictures of our kitchen elements and she had selected several options for us, explaining why she had picked them. It was like being in an upmarket boutique with a personal stylist. She picked options we hadn’t considered, and we loved it. Absolutely wonderful experience. I’ve attached some images of our kitchen (even though it’s not complete) because I’m just so happy and need to sing the praises of Dianna and the Design Tiles team. They’re the very best!

We've held a few projects on Design Tiles and all have produced better than we had expected. We had great success working with the highly talented designers - Jacqueline, Jakana. Had a wonderful experience with Di. Renovating during winter and a pandemic is stressful enough with stores closed, however had an exceptional service from Di. We had a brief conversation regarding design and colours and then a video call back to discuss the tiles that she had pulled from the showroom. Di was spot on with what exactly what I wanted, it was easy, seamless, and the tiles were delivered within the timeframe that was quoted.
As with all renovations, some times you don't get the quantity right, a quick phone call to Di and again amazing customer service, nothing was a problem for Di and she organised extra tiles.

Amazing service, with exceptional products to chose from. Jacqui, Di and Jakana couldn't have been more helpful and patient. They know every piece of tile/product in the store, and also what they did have, and can get. Wow, what a memory. We recently built a new home and purchased the Mint White Random Sandstone for a very large internal feature wall and set the theme of the design. Wow! The end result is better than I could imagine. The product was high quality and exactly what we ordered is what we received. I couldn't be more pleased and excited about this product. Could not have worked through the feature wall without the girls at Design tiles. My vision, was their vision. Love it! This will be the family wall that we take all pictures against - it is "that" wall?

Amazing range of tiles. Extremely helpful. Staff were extremely patient and spent so much of their time to genuinely help create a gorgeous tile selection for our new home. Would definately recommend Design Tiles to anyone building a new home or renovating. Their range of tile selection is the best I have seen in Sydney.
