Brent the manager makes things super easy! We walked next door (carpet call) to purchase our floor boards and walked straight out because they were so rude. Brent had an instant sale when he helped us, made us feel comfortable but what impressed me most was how easy he made it for us! Thank you. Looking forward to receiving out new floors.

Decorug said they'd refund us over 2 months ago. Never go a refund! Still chasing it.dealing with head office who are pathetic.care factor zero! Still waiting for Mark's boss to contact me as Mark is too lazy to do his job.

I have bought 2 beautiful rugs from Deco Rug in Tuggerah the staff were very informative, helpful and friendly.
I have also purchased and had installed 3 plantation shutters which look fantastic.
Again the staff were loaded with all the information I needed and the installer was a wonderful man that nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend this stall to anyone.
