We had our whole house fitted with plantation shutters which we love however 3 have detached and I got no help from decorug at all my husband even had to buy the little plastic things to fix which we can’t do! Not happy don’t buy from there for shutters

Absolutely terrible customer service. Take full payment before installation of shutters then one was damaged on delivery. Promised to get it replaced in a couple of weeks, took 3 months. I had to chase them & they lied about the part being not in when the salesman said it was. Buyer beware they do not care, better to go elsewhere

Customer service was good.
We dealt with a young lady called Emily, who pointed us in the right direction to prevent our large rug from moving. The product worked great and we are very happy. Thank you Emily ️
Deco Rug Tuggerah

Chose laminate flooring and had the best service from Bryson who also gave the best advice with Veri-Shades for that same room. The installers, Parthi, were wonderful too and very courteous, thorough, and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

David one of the reps (I think that is his name) has been absolutely incredible. Very friendly, polite and professional. I had shutters installed and the installation team we the same. I can't fault DecoRug Tuggerah. Great price as well. One very happy customer.

Trust me you don't want this people in your house. We thought it is going to be a simple process of buying and installing the carpet in a house that we bought but it ended up with 4 weeks of nightmare with pieces of carpets glued together. After removing our original carpet they just realised that they haven't brought enough carpet, they put pieces of carpets on the floor and they told us they will bring more carpets, they came back after 4 weeks and stuck those pieces again and left even without even vacuuming or taking rubbishes. After I called and complained the answer was we understand you are not happy! Stay away!

We are going to the department of fair trading over some shutters we have paid for to be installed over a year ago. After they measured twice than sent the wrong style they haven’t come back and we paid over $3,000 for them. So disappointing and unfair. We are still without shutters.

My house is looking fantastic thank you DecoRug Tuggerah. David was amiable and professional, helped me choosing the best carpet & flooring tiles, gave a perfect floor plan measurements and make sure I finish painting the house before arranging the installation. The installers were great on the day, communicated with each other making sure the floor looks immaculate before they go. It’s a full day job and they travelled quite a distance. The head office made a courtesy call a week later checking if everything is ok. The process went smoothly, I did have some concerns and encountered some misunderstanding but David at the Tuggerah store quickly solve it with excellent communication. I highly commended

Cannot fault the sales person in the store who also measured up, he was outstanding. Everything else is a shambles. Still waiting to have remaining part of our flooring install completed almost 1 month after. No contact from anyone, always having to call to find out what is going on. Was booked in a week ago to be finished but the installer did not show up and no call from Decorug. Will not be recommending

Jason the manager in Tuggerah center is a legend. He look after us and made sure that we get what is best for us. We all our rugs and plantation shutter thru them.

We had a great experience buying a rug from Bryson he was so helpful, knowledgeable & he gave the best customer service we are so happy with the rug he recommended for us. Would highly recommend Deco Rugs Tuggerah & Bryson

Fantastic salesmen when he came to measure for carpet extremley friendly, polite and ended up with a good price, 3 weeks from ordering to installation. ALI installation guy was great friendly loved my dog didnt worry him did a awesome job could not be happier with the service from decor rug tuggerah super center

Seamless progression through out the procedure. Simon at the store was professional and helpful, the project manager communicated and organised the install efficiently and Gerald the installer was very skilled and clean. In fact, everyone that I spoke to were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

I would like to give a big shoutout to DecoRug at Tuggerah for a great installation they did on our timber flooring.
The two guys that did the actual install were great. They finished the job in a day and it looked great, they cleaned up at the end, even cleaned the driveway down after all the cutting of the. I highly recommend DecoRug or a great job.

Never ever use Decorug Tuggerah or any store, wish I could post photos of the work that was completed "supposedly" at my new house. Lucky I can post on facebook.

From enquiry in store by a very friendly staff member Connor to him coming to my home for a measure and quote was a great experience. My order was placed and then the emails informing me on delivery date. The two gentleman that did my installation did a fantastic job. With in the afternoon received a call from Connor to see if i was happy with my New Shutters Yes Yes Yes. Very Happy Customer Thankyou.

Lots of beautiful rugs. Very helpful. We could not decide on which outdoor rug to buy.they let us take 3 home to try. We purchased this one.

We are very disappointed with our experience with Decorug Tuggerah. We paid over $6000 balance before Christmas 2018 and out of a house full of blinds, only one was was delivered and installed. The installers came back in mid-January to instal the rest of our blinds and all of the shutters for the glass sliding doors were incorrectly made and we are still without the shutters and it is now late February. We regret having paid in advance but we had little option.

Was absolutely disgusting with our treatment from Decorug Tuggerah.
They had someone turn up to my house to put carpet in at 6am never told us a time. I had to leave work to let them in otherwise I had to wait a month or so for them to rebook me in. Nobody told me a time or confirmed anything.
Tuggerah was more then happy to call me when they wanted money while the job was still being done and moments later head office would call and ask the same thing. I just constantly repeated myself due to their lack of communication. They made our first house experience extremely stressful and it's not like they are cheap so we expected better treatment.

We have used decorug at Tuggerah first for carpet and Now for all flooring.
Both times we have dealt with Ryan, his customer service and attention to detail is fantastic, willing to help and has good knowledge of suitable products, we would highly recommend Ryan at Tuggerah store
