Not surprising that there was another review here in line with my experience.

The behaviour from the owner is outrageous and crazy. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Highly recommend, great service, price and help you need. I was looking for a rug for a while and it was very hard to find something to match my furniture. The sales rep was very helpful and helped me find a beautiful silk rug, Love it.thank you for your help.

We needed quality carpet for our house and we were confused and unsure what carpet would work for us, Marcus at Decorag Bankstown turned it into a great expletive for us and took all the hassles, not only with his great and honest approach to customers but also he made sure the installers did a great job.
I highly recommend them.

Terrible service straight from entering store. As new buyers were constantly criticized and judged for the questions we had to ask, which was followed by further mocking of our inexperience. I was incredibly uncomfortable during my visit. The store owner, Marcus was extremely rude to my mother when she accidentally took a photo which we found out was not allowed and proceeded to respect that rule. But either way Marcus was able to rudely comment on her mistake and threaten to kick us out and call the police for simply trying to understand the rule in question. We were trying our best to remain respectful in this experience although the behaviour of the employees had disgusted us so much that it seemed necessary to leave the store. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store and experience what we had to. This store provides a terrible name to the Decorug industry.

Couldn't get the rug I wanted elsewhere so went to Decorug and found a beautiful rug for our living room. Very happy with the price and the service. Will definitely go back again if need be in the future.
