Fantastic customer service at DecoRug, Bankstown! Alex offered us assistance and then gave us the space to discuss and make decisions ourselves. We went to a number of other stores but chose to go back to DecoRug because of their range of rugs. Alex was knowledgeable and very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that we had the rug we wanted, in the size that we needed in the necessary time frame. Thank you for a great experience! I would highly recommend shopping there!

Don't be fooled by the sales tactics, be very afraid of the installation process, they hire substandard contractors that try to rip you off, 2 hours late for the job, smoking break every 1/2 hour, could not understand a word one was saying and the other doesn't speak English, charged me $3 thousand dollars extra for installation with no warning. Go somewhere else

Very bad experience specially when it comes to warranty they actually accused me of taking off the fallen part of my door shutters the guy called Saiid was very rude honestly I would never go back to Deco rug and I will not recommend them to my relatives and friends and luckily there was no one sitting under the fallen part of the shutter otherwise it would be a big issue

The store has a huge collection of rugs and the team at the Bankstown store are awesome. Ask for ‘Nader’ he was a great help with helping me decide on a rug to fit my space.

Dealt with the owner who was outrageous, angry and tried to start an argument with me. Go to Ali from Carpet Call round the corner who is professional, caring and knowledgeable.

Sold me an expensive product, obviously kept for a long time in a damp storage. It ruined my project and cost me money to fix.

Went to the Decorug store in Bankstown after going to multiple shops prior including other Decorugs and wished I came here from the beginning. There range is amazing with great pieces I couldn't find in any other store.

Markus was a massive help and had a deep understanding of the different fabrics and carpet types.

Walked away with a carpet we loved at a great price!

So disappointed I entered this store. The salesman gave me a "discount" on a discontinued item, and then told me off for not taking his offer. Learn manners, maybe?

My husband and I were thinking that we might recarpet our house after Christmas. Having been purchased a couple of rugs from DecoRug last year we decided to head to Bankstown to check out the range. Well, 2 weeks later, our new carpet is down and it looks amazing. Right from the start when we met Marcus and explained what we did and didn't want in a carpet we were met with a wealth of knowledge. As our house is made of several levels Marcus promised us his A team and Paul and his team certainly lived up to that reputation. It was tricky in parts with kinked bull nose stairs but they look amazing. It was a huge day. Paul and his team worked non stop and finished the entire house in one day and put our large pieces of furniture back into place. We couldn't been happy with the quality of the carpet, the professionalism from start to finish. Great price too.

Was good experience with decorug at Bankstown excellent customer service, exceeding expectations. Manager of the store went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Very Bad customer service and rude behaviour. Over price when compared to other stores of the same brand. I have been to liverpool store and i have got very good customer service from them and competitive prices compared to this store.
