24 This business is all about customer care & customer service. I can't rave enough about how Nick will bend over backwards to make sure that the end product is perfect.
The engagement ring was made just as I wanted after Nick arranged for me to view several potential diamonds and then build the ring around my design concept.
Of course, as it was a surprise, the ring was the wrong size and we spent several trips going back to have it altered to the correct size All done with a smile and no charge.
When we moved onto wedding rings, Nick helped us choose the best ring to suit the engagement ring and helped me decide on my own wedding ring which again was made around my final design concept. We felt fabulously looked after all the way through the journey, thank you Nick. No pressure and good advice.
My fiance scott was a air-conditioning client of nick's for years.
Scott then went to de klerk jewellers and saw nick to get my engagment ring made for me as a SURPRISE, its beautiful.
I then went and got my wedding band made and scotts wedding band made also. They came out very nice.
Any issues that we had was rectified and sorted straight away.

I had some of grannies odd diamonds redesigned into a neck pendant. I love it and wear it all the time. They did a great job.
A few years back I was very disappointed when during a jewellery repair on my diamond and ruby ring (nearly a carat ruby) the ruby split in half during a repair. I know this happens sometimes - but what was not acceptable is that I was not told about it. When I collected the ring, they'd already replaced the ruby with another one and decided to tell me when I came to collect it. I think this was extremely unprofessional and handled very badly. They did not charge me for the ruby but even so, it was very unprofessional of them to wait until I went to collect the ring. The store has never been the same since Ray Snr.retired, it was great for years.
