I have been meaning to write a review since January. Putting on my diamond solitaire earrings this afternoon prompted me to finally sit down and make the effort to do so. We were so impressed with the service we received at de Klerk Jewellers. My husband had purchased a pair of solitaire diamonds which were expertly crafted into the most beautiful earrings by Nick. He even returned to the shop when he was off with an illness in order to deliver the earings on time for our 30th wedding anniversary. Prior to handcrafting the settings he discussed all options with us at length. It was obvious he was a skilled craftsman and we couldn’t have been more delighted with the end result.

Nick was very kind and honest with us especially with the sentimental gem setting request we had. Other jewellers had declined to even consider it, however Nick did a wonderful job and the ring turned out even better than we had hoped.

Had such a great experience designing a ring with these guys! Extremely helpful and professional, offering really great advice as well as doing an amazing job on delivering a final product better than I could have imagined!

We spent a year searching for a professional jeweller and finally got very very lucky when we came across Nick de Klerk.
My wife had a loose diamond that she hoped could be incorporated into an existing heirloom ring & Nick created a masterpiece that literally left my wife in tears of joy.
Patient, experienced, creative & surprisingly well priced for the results we got. I only wish I could give Nick 6 stars as 5 stars is not enough for the quality of his work.

Absolutely over the moon with the service and quality of work, my engagement ring is something so unique and special, De Klerk made a very difficult job possible and I now have a ring that consists of my Grandmother's engagement ring, wedding band and the sapphires from her eternity ring (which were very difficult to make work since the sizes were not quite right to incorporate easily) all in one stunning ring, and I can carry her memory with me. Thankyou so much for taking on the challenge and making it work!

Nick was just so kind and helpful. I lost my engagement ring that I had for 50 years and he designed and made a beautiful replacement ring that blew me away. He did it all under budget and it is just beautiful. Just what I wanted and beautifully made. Much admired by many. It incorporates my mother- in- laws diamond with two new diamonds on either side. He even used the gold band off her ring to make a little keeper ring to use in the winter so it wont fall off like my original did when my fingers shrink in the cold weather. It is different from my other ring which I was not trying to copy as it was very special to me but more on the lines of an eternity ring which i will pass onto my daughter who will pass it onto her daughter. Very special.

The entire team at De Klerk & Pinn Jewellers in Chatswood is and continues to be outstanding! Not only did they make every effort to meet our requests, they went well beyond in providing the unseen efforts of ensuring the all stones were secured in the least invasive manner possible. De Klerk & Pinn Jewellers repurposed and designed a piece of art for us and they did it without complaint and did it in a professional and timely manner. We highly recommend this jeweller.

I went to DE Klerk to get an engagement ring made. From conception to completion everything was amazing, Nick handled the entire thing with complete professionalism. We discussed design, stone type, setting, gold colour etc, not only was he open to any style i wanted he would add his knowledge in throughout the whole process.
The finished product was nothing short of incredible, exactly what i wanted and more importantly my fiance was completely blown away by the piece.

Nick and the team gave me very personalized advice on a ring to propose to my now fiance. Nick was able to melt down a gold nugget i'd had since childhood to include in the ring - to top it off he also took video evidence so I could I could prove it my fiance.
Couldn't have been happier with price, customer service and of course the ring!
