D&D Real Estate

We recently finished our lease with D & D Realestate. Whilst at times it was frustrating getting things done through the body corporate or owner, Azzam and his team would always follow up for us to get a result. I found Azzam and his team courteous and respectful to deal with. I would be happy recommending them to others. Definitely one of the more positive experiences I have had with a real estate agency.

D & D have managed our properties since they took over from Moxhams Real Estate when they ceased trading in the Parramatta area in May 2005. We really have had no problems or complaints about D&D during this time. We specifically chose an independent agent as they are in total control of their own business ethics and procedures. D&D have lived up to our expectations and we would highly recommend them to any landlords who need a reliable agent.

As a landlord, my husband and I chose D&D rental for their individualised attention to property management and knowledge of the wider Parramatta area when we rented out an investment property in Harris Park in mid 2014. We worked with both Michael Griffiths and Azzam Derbas over this period and they managed our property for the duration of this investment for just over 3 years. It was leased continually between two long term tenants. D &D also achieved a competitive rental return, that was reviewed when appropriate that resulted in a high return compared to other similar properties on the market. Any matters that required attention were promptly raised and ensured excellent management of our investment property.

We have dealt with D&D real estate as a homebuyer, landlord and seller. The reason we stayed with D&D throughout the years is due to their strong knowledge of the Parramatta area, professionalism and personalised service. D&D managed the rental and the sale of our property while we were overseas. It was a great peace of mind to know that our property was well looked after.
Our overall experience with D&D has been great and we would not hesitate to seek them out again for our future real estate needs.

Lately the service to tenants has been bad. I hope it improves but the staff member are not nice or helpful to the tenants

I have been renting from D&D real estate for the past 4 years and have never had any issues with them whatsoever. They are very professional, efficient and have an amazing team that will go above and beyond for their renting tenants.
