This is by far the best real-estate agent for me & my mother. AZZAM DERBAS & his team were so patience and understanding whenever I had issues with the property that I was renting. Very polite, easy to talk with, respectful & caring. It unfortunate that I moved to another location & no longer rent through them. I wish they were still my agent. In the near future, I will definitely be back. Thank you Azzam & to the team for always being there for us. I wish you all the best and hopefully I be a returning renter in the future. God bless.

Did not reply to my email about inspecting a property for lease for 3 days.
Then the next time I check this listing, it's marked as rented.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service!
This mickey mouse business is one to avoid.

On your tenancy application it asks for 4 weeks rent in advance in addition to the 4 weeks bond. After checking the website for Tenants Union of NSW, it says:
"The landlord/agent or the tenancy agreement cannot require you to pay more than 2 weeks rent in advance".
Seems like a very unethical business.

Azzam, please remove the signboard outside 102 O'Connell St North Parramatta. It has been there since at least May 2019!

Terrible experience with this real estate.real estate agent did not show up to inspection then after calling both the agent and the real estate for an hour.he replies via message with no apology telling me the tennants will let me in to inspect the property.absolutely unprofessional.photos of property were also poorly photo shopped, including the kitchen being completely photo shopped (adding an island) and incorrect floorplan.would not reccomend

I listed my home with Azzam and found that he built good relations with each enquiry.
As a result he closed the sale of my home which was kind of over capitalised home in the current market. I am very impressed at the whole sale process and have no hesitation in recommending Azzam to any potential sellers.

Don’t waste your time on these unorganised imbeciles. They clearly don’t even possess basic communication skills as one staff member tells you you’ve been approved for a house & the next person calls you a liar & says they never said that. Highly unprofessional, it’s no wonder they’re a small agency & that’s exactly what they’ll remain with their disgusting attitude & complete lack of customer service. Take your money & business elsewhere!

Will definitely recommend this real estate. They do their job and do it good! I’ve been renting with them for a short time but I can see my self looking for them when I purchase my property and investments. Well done!

Michael at DnD has sorted a one month pending bond amount claim as me and owner of the property couldn’t agree upon an amount that shud be deducted against compensation.well negotiated by Michael so both the parties got out with a fair deal
