Exactly what I needed. Answered the phone quickly, I checked for stock of what I wanted, which the answer was yes, and I had home and installed within an hour.

Got quoted a lower price over the phone came in the next day was $25 more and it was the same person on the phone that had sold it to me

The staff at DComp have been assisting me with my computers for over ten years. I always find them very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer excellent technical skills at a very reasonable price. Im not surprised to see how the company has grown over those years. Despite this expansion, the personal customer service provided by DComp staff is excellent.

The advice and assistance l received in this shop was priceless. I bought a Samsung 970 Evo NVMe SSD and the laptop now boots into W10 in 17 seconds.

I had a terrific turn-around time on a warranty repair and they negotiated replacement rather than repair. The team at Mayfield also took the time to let me inspect a monitor stand when they were clearly very busy. Great, store and people:)

Dcomp priveided me with all the parts I needed to build my pc. They have good customer service and are hard working people. Although just a notice a lot of graphics cards Luke the rtx 260Ti is gonna be put of stock for ages and there is high demand so expect yo pau for a cheaper one (without rtx) or a 3070 (I thbk I already knew that. Also I had to return my built pc because of a manufacturer problem but they said they would check it out for free but there is a long queue sonits gonna take a weeks time. Dcomp iss the best and only computer parts place in Newcastle: P

These guys are really helpful, no pressure and they helped my son piece together a suite of parts to build his first PC.

The guys at DComp Mayfield are an awesome bunch. Super easy to deal with. Had an Intel Level IX built a couple weeks ago, then purchased a monitor and few extras at the time of pick-up. They couldn't have been any more helpful for a newbie pc gamer like myself. Highly recommend these guys!

Very bad customer service so rude and slammed down a 1000 dollar part I purchased no happy Jane

Here's a timeline of the service I received here.

1. Walk inside store, service immediately offering assistance
2. Ask for items to buy, store clerk gets items
3. I pay and leave.

This was in total 4 minutes. No chit chat just job done and move on, absolute perfect service, cheaper pricing than on Amazon and open on a Sunday unlike other stores.

Walk into mayfield store with cash and asks to buy a lvl 3 intel system.response was "you would have to wait a week we dont have any in stock or have the parts to assemble one".
there was no built pc's ready for sale nor the capacity to produce products that are advertised on their site within timely fashion

Friendly staff, didn't try to upsell and took the time to help troubleshoot despite being flooded with work.

While they didn't have the part I was looking for I was impressed by the amazing service over the phone - Liz was knowledgeable, friendly and keen to help. Very unlike the awful service you come to expect from PC shops in Sydney. Knowing how great the service is at Dcomp, I will be back.

Brilliant service, was looking buy a PC within my price range and he helped me to get the best performance for price, showed me what keyboards were good for my level of knowledge. He wasn't looking to rip me off and make me buy more expensive stuff he was straight to the point and helped me out. Definitely would recommend.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, has a great range of products and at reasonable prices, fairly competitive when including shipping.
