Was served by Wen, who was incredibly informative and compassionate. He provided options and explained everything.once i picked an option, he noticed how i must have looked rather down about the price, so decided to put a rush on the rebuild, getting it done the day i took my tower in.

My monitor went down on Thursday in the middle of something important for a client! I mucked around and mucked around with it, even buying a new monitor, all to no avail. Took it to DComp and voila - within 10mins I was back up and running! It turned out to be the graphics card that needed updating! Legendary service and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!

Have been going to this shop back when they were in the old Store site. Always helpful and really know their stuff. If your a tech-head, tinkerer or newbie they will guide you in the right direction. Even guided me to a different company because they did not carry the obscure product i was after.

If you want repairs, upgrades or just learn. These Guys and Girls are people you want.

I have built near a dozen machines for different people from top end to office mules and will always use this store because apart from great pricing, if i get stuck, they have a solution.

I have just visited Mayfield and had the best customer service experience in my life. Despite both the gentlemen being incredibly busy, they made time for me to make sure I purchased products I would be happy with & definitely compatible.
I was approached quickly, asked concise questions to understand my requirements, they listened intently & made me feel valued as a customer. Even the casual small talk was pleasant & they made me feel welcome.
They also adapted their language to my level of experience, something I have rarely experienced.

Excellent service from guys that won't rip you off. Took my ancient dead laptop in and Christian had it up and charging in 15 mins. Thank you!

Had issues with booting, they were under the pump, but made time to help me out of an emergency anyway. Resolved the problem quickly & didn't even charge me.

Great service from Christian showed me around my computer and was happy to help me and fix what was wrong and even went the further effort to fix my RGB up so it worked as well, massive help and great customer service will recommend and will come back

I went to make a purchase via afterpay and I was told there would be a $23 surcharge for my purchase. Clearly they have no idea how afterpay works.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, not trying to oversell but trying to understand the problem and help resolve it with minimal spend. Very happy will be back.

Went there a couple days back, purchased a whole bunch of new equipment for my gaming pc! The person that served me and my girlfriend had excellent knowledge and customer service! I highly recommend. New graphics cards are working fantastic.

Walked in hoping to get an entire new rig and what I got was a fully functional computer. Got Windows 11 put on it but decided it wasn't for me but on my end totally forgot to install the right HDMI cables in the graphics card slots but I still drove down and just before they were about to close they took it in, explained to me the right ports to use which was very helpful for someone who knows next to nothing about computers. They had a lovely large range of computer parts from a motherboard, water cooler, SD card, ram cards and the labour experience and knowledge. I can't talk higher of this place and the people working there are above and beyond.

Now they are saying it user error, when they replaced the power supply, but it’s user error.
I believe they didn’t replace power supply it just started by it self. Then a month later it fried the motherboard and cpu $480 due to their incompetence…?
Not going to take their lies will be taking it up with Australia fair trading…?

Try to baffle you with bullshit, Not one of them in the store is qualified. And they will tell you what they think you should do.
My experience is that I have lost over a $1000 with these idiots. Saying that they will send your computer to gigabyte for warranty, what a load of crap, they will send it to their head off to soppy Dennis down at Penrith, then they will tell you your computer is working, bull crap, the monkey see, monkey do technicians down there will tell you we can’t offer you warranty, then when you get your computer back it will blow up a month latter, but with a new power supply, bull crap, they will turn it on and if it boots it’s fixed. Moronic fools? …

Great shop for all your PC needs, staff are legit and very knowledgeable. Shop isn't pretty, but has the feel of the real deal. Takes me back to the Computer fair days.

Pretty disappointed with the service I received yesterday. I got there 30 minutes before closing to buy a new computer case. Seeing that I didn't have much time to get what I need and for the staff to be able to go home, it would of been helpful if I was given the correct info. Either the guy I spoke to a couple times while I was there doesn't know what stock the store has, or he just isn't all that interested in the customer service side of his job. I'm going to go with the latter. I needed a case that had the ability to fit 5 3.5 inch drives, and I was told a couple times that he couldn't help me. I doubted this, as all I needed at the very least was a big enough case which I could then buy drive bays. After being told that the store was closing, I spoke to a different guy and told him to show me the biggest case they had and that I would buy it. This second guy was really helpful, whereas the first guy just wanted to make sure he left in time to catch his train. The second guy even had the time to answer a couple other questions that I had. In the end, when I start setting up this new case, I find that it actually comes right out of the box with the ability to install SEVEN 3.5 inch drives! Given that the second guy really spent the time to focus on helping me, I may return in the future. Let's see what happens.
