Our first reaction was being very impressed with how responsive they are. All questions and requests were actioned very quickly and thoroughly giving clients great confidence in their ability.

Spending time at their head office in Sydney’s CBD it’s hard not to be very impressed by their process. Their teams collaborate very efficiently. They have a number of large monitor screens on the wall which have all their active tickets running in real time on them. At any time you can see where, and at what stage each ticket is at so everyone is across all client engagement and knows exactly when issues will be resolved or at what point of escalation they are at.

Being very focused on ‘the process’ ourselves this is exactly what we would want to see in our partner, and why we are very comfortable working with Datcom and recommending them to our clients in turn.

Lastly their breadth of knowledge and access to technology is incredible. They’ve recently launched their own e-commerce website giving clients direct access to pricing on over 600,000 products! This is incredible access to technology for their clients.
