Whilst purchasing a new office chair for my home study, the responsiveness from the sales team was extremely quick and helpful. The order was processed quickly, however, the incorrect chair was delivered. I was extremely pleased how this oversight on the part of the supplier was addressed within an hour or so and the correct chair delivered (and the incorrect chair removed) within a couple of days.
