Worst service ever! Went to get my car wash today the machine is broken but the staff didn't inform me and still take my money when I drive into the auto machine it's not working so I tell the guy I can't wait can I just get a refund and he told me they don't have a refund policy. I told him your machine is not working what you want me to do and the guy just told me it's just $19. At the end he said u need to come back by 5 to get your car wash or you just lose your money. Don't waste your time with this place bad manner very rude service
