Saroj and the team were amazing they took the time to wash my very dirty car despite the heat and the fact that it was clearly the end of their shift! Thanks guys for your efforts…and they did it super fast.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this car wash, but after taking a risk I have to say I'm very happy with how my car turned out. Staff were friendly, prices were reasonable, and service was good and fast. I got an in and out clean for 55 shmeckles and it holds up. Good job team! Coffee while you wait is a nice touch too.

Bad customer service, not very helpful at all. Trying to rip you off. I opted for the signature wash but I would be ashamed if I was to deliver this job. First and last time I've visited!

Management needs to see what times this establishment is being closed. Came before time and was told we've already closed WHILE STAFF was chilling. Was told banking system is closed, then goes ahead and says we'll just hose the car (no drying) for $20. Laughable.

Absolutely horrified. They damaged my car! The car is only a few years old as well so I’m devastated and mortified.

Only good thing about this car wash is the drive through car wash itself and at that it’s not great. Paid $90 for an inside and outside clean and the inside was only vacuumed. Not dusted or wiped down at all. When I said it to the lady, she quickly rubbed the cloth along the door handle and said done. It wasn’t done.
I’ll not be back. Waste of money.

Ok, I “only “paid $27 for an express wash BUT I expect better.
Even if you pay more you still get a machine wash, not satisfactory.
My wheels were not cleaned at all and the car was not dried properly. I moved into an apartment recently and it has no car wash facilities (even though it’s an award winning development) so I
must find a good hand wash nearby.
Don’t support this business.
Wasting your hard earned.

Very poor quality wash. I still have tree fluff stuck to the side of my car (which was the reason I went to get it washed in the first place). Bird poo still on the sunroof, windows not clean and sand still on my seats. I should have done it myself. Minimal effort (except from the guy with the POS machine). Never again.

Terrible job, paid for the $65 service only to be told that it I want it properly cleaned I need to pay even more for another service. Windows still dirty, doors still dirty, and the back of the car looked like it hadn't even been vaccumed. When I questioned the manager if this was the normal clean, he said yes and that if I wanted it done 'properly' I would need to pay more money for another clean.

My advise would be to ignore the signs outside and low prices, I could have done a better job myself in less time and for much less money. Will not be back.

There's a guy with a high pressure hose to spray down your car to start removing dirt.but he only does the side of the car facing him and doesn't walk around.and isn't really looking at what he's doing.fifty five dollars latter my car was Basicly made wet then Basicly wiped down haphazardly.windows still dirty, back seat not vacuumed, wheels still dirty and watermarks from dried soap. Do not go here they are just inexperienced people pushing water around your car.no interest in really cleaning the car or skill in removing standard road grime. Tried this place twice now both times a complete waste of money

Just stay bit doubt with they advice " I ask for a in n'Out wash.they just say to me no you need a signature wash.still feeling very doubt they easy talk make you feeling obligation to the wash they will make more money.in the end the car still not so amazing cleaning they promote

Should’ve gotten refund. Paid $55 to get a car cleaned but when it was collected, it looked like it was not even touched. Dust everywhere! Save your money for something else & save yourself from disappointment.

Very dissatisfied. They presented the car as complete for a $199 wash and wax but it was still dirty and the “wax” was a pathetically inadequate spray on. After complaining the re-cleaned and did a proper wax and buff. Front number plate was bent from the wash. I wish I read the reviews before I went there.

Shout out to Crystal car wash who wash my car weekly. I think the monthly package is great value for money. The finisher Alex treats my car as though it's his own and always has a smile on his face. Keep up the good work Alex! Much appreciated!

Terrible interior clean. Glass was left streaky. Dash and trims were wiped down but still remained dusty with finger marks. Was told if I wanted a better interior clean, to pay a few hundred dollars for a detail. What a joke.

I had to physically dry and clean the car myself because of the half harded effort. I might as well have gone to a wash it your own place. Discusting wash, literally.

The massive sign at the entrance says “25 dollars for 4 min wash”. They failed to put up a sign saying 35 dollars on public holiday, plus surcharge so what started as 25 ended up 39. I understand it’s a public Holliday abd would have payed easily if if there was a sign of some sort before they intentionally lure you down the driveway and start cleaning before you’ve even discussed anything. Car was also still really dirty afterwards. Won’t be back

Total waste of time. Paid $199 for a job that would have taken 10 min max. Had to take it back not only once but twice after finding that the seats were totally ruined with huge white stains from what seems to be leftover detergent. It only showed up once the seats had dried and unfortunately left permanent stains.

I will pay myself the $99 next time I clean my car. There were parts of the car that were untouched and just as grubby as when I drove in. Windscreen and roof still had bird poo on.
Couldn’t even have a coffee as the machine wasn’t working.
Not even any toilet roll or hand wash in the bathroom.
Save your money.

Over priced car wash. Payed $100! For a wash and because it was by ‘hand’ cost that much. They didn’t even clean my boot (happened before). I’d recommend going to star car wash in bondi junction when you’re doing your shopping. Much cheaper and same job if not better!
