SCAM Car Wash
They ran my battery flat, damaged my roof lining, didn’t do the service I paid for, and wouldn’t refund the money. In and out in <15mins, and somehow claim to of completed an exterior detail in that time while I watched them do none of the work required to complete it. The work they did was so poor I had to redo it myself at the DIY car wash.

I was up sold an extra $25 and charged $35 for a hand wash so my car won’t get scratched in the machine, but never hand washed it and sent it through resulting in scratches everywhere…
they broke my car antenna and was told to go get it fixed and they will pay invoice.
Sent them a $450 invoice and refused to pay.
It’s now in fair tradings hands to sort out.

They put your car through a machine wash and expect you to pay top $. This place was good before they installed the machine wash.

Told them I just wanted a simple wash and a vacuum and he spent over 5 mins arguing with me to get me to pay for the $200 service. Quite rude and pushy

I’ve gone to this place a few times because they’re the closest to where I live. Every single time I’ve been disappointed with the job they’ve done and asked them to go back and fix it.

The car washes are consistently terrible, they don’t vacuum or clean the inside properly ever. They also can’t clean the outside well either, there’s always some marks or spots left.

Daylight robbery.

For $200 I got;
- a dirty car returned dirty
- door jambs and trimming untouched
- an interior vacuum poorly done I had leaves still in the carpet
- dash not wiped properly, I assume the grit and sand merely pushed around with a wet dirty cloth
- attitude from the pushy guy just wanting more money out of me.
- the exterior clean still grubby as I can wipe my finger over the panels and still have dirt on my finger

I for one won’t ever go back there UNLESS they pickup their game. It’s a shame as there’s plenty of staff either wandering around lost, not trained properly or don’t really care.

As a business they really need more care into their service and have better front of staff with actual people skills

Worst car wash ever been. Charge you $100 for $20 carwash service you get around other place in Sydney. Had to go around car to show them the scuff marks around the car when they say it's finished. Complete waste of time any money.

Worst experience ever. I think this should be illegal, taking my money & not completing the service I paid for. What other industry would we accept such poor service.

Should be negative on the stars. I suggest all should stay clear of this place. This is a business that should close down and stop robbing people.

100% would not go back, 100% would not recommend to anyone, 100% would prevent people from having a terrible experience and get ripped off.
Spend $65 for an auto car wash, the rim of the wheel are not even cleaned the service did not include vacuuming the boots. Lots of water marks after, and surprising amount of uncleaned spots that didn't get washed off.

Spent $300 on a “detail clean”
Asked for them to steam clean my child’s car seat and they said yes- when I picked it up, the car seat wasn’t even vacuumed!
Attention to “detail” was so poor, can’t believe I was actually robbed of $300. Oh well, lesson learned. We never go to any of the crystal car wash centres again.

Today I came in for a car wash. Spent $200 for the interior of my vehicle and was possibly the worst clean ever. I wanted my car to look brand new for my daughter to get her license with, but was left with fingerprints, walnuts, unwiped mirrors, dirty floors, and crevices full of dust. Usually I don't like to leave bad reviews, but seriously, this is a mockery. For what I paid, this was a terrible clean. I specifically asked for the floor mats to be washed, they were only vaccumed, and done poorly I must say as there was a literal walnut in a crevice.

After 10 min chat with a guy trying to get me upgrade to a more expensive wash

Wast of money. Paid 99 dollars but hasn’t been cleaned out side and inside and not even proper vacuumed.
Even staffs unprofessional.
I recommend each and every one not bring your car here until and unless you wonna waste your money.
I give ZERO rating.

THESE GUYS ARE A PACK OF THIEVES! DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR, THEY WILL SIMPLY HELP THEMSELVES!

Shame how 1 employee can ruin an experience of a place. Even worse when that person claims to be the manager.

It doesn't matter which service you ask for, the staff will spend 5mn arguing you should get a more expensive one. At least the last couple of times my car got cleaned properly but not this time. I asked for a signature wash which is advertised at $65 all around the place, the guy said it's $69 now and eventually charged $70. Not much difference but it just feels like I got ripped off today.

I paid 199 for this job.

I had the best car wash of my life and the coffee from their machine was very tasty, I had some nice young chaps shimmying my car on Friday. I’ve never seen a car so we’ll done, I believe his name was luci, he was a tall skinny boy who was very polite and great at washing.

Just got upsold to get the rims cleaned for $10 but the result is the same as if you just drive through. Don’t waste your money on it. General cleaning is ok.
