Crystal Car Wash Cafe

Quite easily some of the laziest car cleaning I’ve ever encountered. All for the bargain price of $200 for 28mins worth of work. Pity the boss wasn’t there to see their employees losing customers on the daily.

Worst car wash experience ever! Overpriced and they don’t even pretend to clean your car satisfactorily. I had to get them to re-clean 3 times and had to complain to the manager.

Crooks. Plain and simple. They take your money and don't do what you paid them to do. I effectively paid $42 for what was a 7 minute car wash by the machine. The wheels were left dirty (even though I paid extra to have them cleaned) and they wanted another 27 to vacuum the car. This business is dishonesty in it's purest manifestation. Stat away from them.

Going in for a wash, was ok to pay more for extra, but the guy keep pushing to sign membership for a year costing thousands. Since when we can’t decide how much to spend! Had to leave and he was stoping me from closing my door. Never step foot there again

Scam artists.
Guy told me $27 and then charges $37 for the basic drive through which I only discovered after tapping my card (he intentionally hid it).
When I complained he told me it’s because it’s a 4WD so $10 more. I’ve been here many times before with the same car and never paid this.
The job they do is also terrible - but unfortunately little choice in the area.
Go somewhere else - these guys are the worst!

The carwash broke off my rear wiper mechanism completely. Noticed it when I got home. Tried the phone number listed for Mosman over 4-5 days - no answer. Wrote to contact page on Crystal Car Wash HO twice - no answer. Wrote to them via Facebook message - twice - still no answer. That was two weeks ago. Pathetic customer service. Have not been able to get back to Mosman yet due to a health issue.

In general have had good experiences with the quick wash, but with the recent price increases and the lower wash care I don't think its worth it anymore.

Been coming here for years, but today was the last time. Their “up sale” schtick at this point is just harassment and their business ethics are on par with a piece of gum.

Should have rad reviews before arriving. Pushy person at front trying to shove extras down my throat.

Charged an extra $10 for a larger vehicle (5seats), then they did not vacuum out the boot, which is a third of the vehicle

My complaint was not responded to by the head office, complaining about the unfair attempt to overcharge.

Worst car wash I have been to. No effort made to clean the car.twice I had to.point out where I'm there was still dirt. I gave up. Recommend staying away.

Very poor cleaning. Staff is uninterested. I had to spend half an hour at home after I paid them $100 to wash and clean my car. Not worth it.

Terrible and discourteous service!

Bought the monthly package. Came out of the machine wash the car was still filthy on the outside. Pointed out the obvious marks and stains all over the car. They refused to hand clean them. Had to go through the machine wash another 2 times to get a decent outcome. Pointed out again there were still marks. Was intimidatingly told to leave.

Have been to other Crystal and service and clean have been much better.

Mosman Crystal absolutely terrible service and rude staff. The only decent person was the boy wiping down the car after the machine wash.

Will never purchase again at Mosman (I live in Mosman). Much better satisfaction at other outlets.

Over priced, arrogant and a sub par standard of work.
I recommend not using their service.

I am so impressed with the service and high level of integrity I expereienced yesterday at the Mosman Crystal Car wash.

Pay 200dollars, like just do the vacuuming, talk everything nice, no Kobe being done properly, shame on your brand marketing. All they do is just tasking money

Worst car wash in Sydney. Doesn't matter how much you pay your getting a 5 dollar job!

I thought Crystal Car wash businesses were linked! Maybe not. I paid for 12 months at Chatswood. I went today to Mosman but was told I had to pay $65 because I was 4 days overdue for the last of my 12 month deal. (12 months finished 20 Oct today 24 Oct) Cars behind so l couldn’t turn around. I reluctantly paid for a wash. I am VERY ANNOYED. No more Crystal for me.

Well, hasn't this place gone to the dogs. It's an automated wash that they couldn't put me through anyway as my car was too low. So a hand wash was the upside. But the place is disgusting, filthy coffee machine, couches stink, Tvs not working, generally it's all fallen into disrepair. This used to be heaving with people, a great cafe and coffee, hand washing, lots of care and energy.
I would stay away from this place at all costs, a gap exists in the market now for a good hand wash around here.
